5. Operating Instructions

Drawer Operation:

• To open a drawer, gently pull the concealed handle. The full extension slides allow the drawer to open completely.
• To close a drawer, push it firmly until it is fully seated. The smooth and silent sliding rails ensure quiet operation.
• Anti-Tilt Mechanism: Only one drawer can be opened at a time to prevent the cabinet from tipping forward. If one drawer is open, the other will remain locked.

Locking Mechanism:

• Insert one of the provided keys into the lock cylinder located on the top drawer.
• Turn the key clockwise to lock both drawers simultaneously.
• Turn the key counter-clockwise to unlock both drawers.
• Remove the key after locking or unlocking for security.

Adjusting File Rods:

The drawers are equipped with adjustable rods to accommodate different file sizes (Letter, Legal, A4, B5/F4, Arch Box File). The rods can be repositioned by unscrewing them and placing them into the appropriate slots within the drawer.
