Product Overview

The TONOR Wireless Microphone System (Model TW360/TW362) is a versatile audio solution designed for various applications including karaoke, church events, meetings, and stage performances. This system features UHF technology for stable wireless connectivity, offering a range of up to 200 feet (60 meters). It includes multiple microphone types and a receiver with individual volume controls and adjustable frequencies to ensure clear and pristine sound reproduction.

Setup Guide

1. Powering the System

Receiver: Connect the provided power adapter to the DC IN port on the receiver and plug it into a power outlet. The power indicator on the receiver will illuminate.

Microphones/Bodypacks: Each handheld microphone and bodypack requires 2 AA batteries (not included). Open the battery compartment and insert the batteries, ensuring correct polarity. Close the compartment securely.

2. Connecting to Audio Devices

The receiver supports various audio output options for connecting to mixers, karaoke machines, amplifiers, or powered speakers. Use the provided 6.35mm audio cable for mixed output or XLR cables (not included) for individual channel outputs.

Important Note: To connect to mobile phones, computers, or tablets, an additional 3.5mm (1/8") interface adapter is needed (not included in the package).

Operating Instructions

1. Auto Pairing (Plug and Play)

The system is designed for automatic pairing. Simply turn on the receiver and then power on the handheld microphones or bodypacks. They will automatically connect to the receiver.

If pairing issues occur, refer to the "Troubleshooting" section or the manual's "Steps to Pair" instructions.

2. Adjusting Frequencies

Each microphone and bodypack offers 10 selectable channels to avoid interference, allowing up to 40 simultaneous sets without interference. To change the frequency on a bodypack or handheld mic, click the "SET" button. Long press the "SET" button for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode if needed.

3. Adjusting Volume

The receiver has individual volume control knobs for each microphone channel (VOL. A, VOL. B, VOL. C, VOL. D). Adjust these knobs to set the overall output volume for each connected microphone.

For bodypacks and handheld mics, long press the "MUTE/VOL" button for 3 seconds to enter volume adjustment mode. The LCD screen will flash. Click the "MUTE/VOL" button to increase the volume (highest level up to 40) or the "SET" button to decrease it (lowest level down to 0).

4. Mute Function

The bodypack and handheld microphones feature a mute function. Click the "MUTE/VOL" button to mute or unmute the sound. A red light indicates that the microphone is muted.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the receiver, microphones, and bodypacks. Avoid using liquid cleaners or solvents.
  • Battery Replacement: Replace AA batteries in microphones and bodypacks when the battery indicator shows low power to ensure optimal performance.
  • Storage: Store the system in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures when not in use.
  • Antenna Care: Ensure antennas are not bent or damaged. Proper antenna positioning helps maintain signal strength.

Troubleshooting
