Setup and Installation
Your TECOMLIGHT Puck Lights offer two installation methods: adhesive pads or screws.
1. Battery Installation
- Twist the front cover of the puck light counter-clockwise to open it.
- Insert 3 AA batteries (not included) into the battery compartment, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Align the cover and twist clockwise to securely close the puck light.

2. Mounting Options
Choose the method that best suits your surface and needs.
Method A: Adhesive Pads (Recommended for smooth surfaces)
- Clean the desired mounting surface thoroughly to ensure it is free of dust and grease.
- Peel off one side of the double-sided adhesive pad.
- Attach the adhesive pad firmly to the back cover of the puck light.
- Peel off the other side of the adhesive pad.
- Press the puck light firmly onto the cleaned surface for at least 30 seconds. For best adhesion results, wait a few hours before inserting batteries or applying pressure.
Method B: Screws (Recommended for rough or uneven surfaces, or for a more permanent fix)
- Twist the back cover of the puck light counter-clockwise to detach it.
- Position the back cover on the desired mounting surface. Mark the screw holes with a pencil.
- Drill small pilot holes if necessary, then secure the back cover to the surface using the provided screws.
- Align the puck light with the secured back cover and twist clockwise to fasten it.

3. Remote Control Preparation
Before first use, remove the plastic insulation tab from the battery compartment of the remote control.
Operating Instructions
Manual Control (Tap Function)
- Turn On/Change Color: Short press the front cover of the puck light. Each short press will cycle through the available colors (Warm White, Natural White, Cool White, and 15 RGB colors).
- Turn Off: Long press the front cover for approximately 2 seconds.

Remote Control Functions
The included remote control allows for comprehensive management of your puck lights. Point the remote directly at the lights for optimal response.
- ON/OFF: Press the ON button to turn on all paired lights. Press the OFF button to turn off all paired lights.
- Brightness Adjustment: Use the Sun Up and Sun Down buttons to increase or decrease brightness (10 levels from 10% to 100%).
- Color Temperature Selection:
- WW (Warm White): 2700K
- NW (Natural White): 4000K
- CW (Cool White): 6000K
- Static Color Selection: Choose from 15 vibrant RGB colors by pressing the corresponding color buttons.
- Dynamic Light Modes:
- SMOOTH: Lights will smoothly transition between colors.
- FLASH: Lights will flash between colors.
- Timer Settings: Set the lights to automatically turn off after a specified duration.
- 30MIN: Turns off after 30 minutes.
- 60MIN: Turns off after 60 minutes.
- 120MIN: Turns off after 120 minutes.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the surface of the puck lights with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using liquid cleaners or sprays directly on the device.
- Battery Replacement: Replace all 3 AA batteries in a puck light simultaneously when the light dims or stops functioning. Do not mix old and new batteries.
