Introduction

This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the XHGTJK replacement remote control, designed for various Inventor Room Air Conditioner models. It covers essential topics including initial setup, basic operation, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting common issues. Please read this manual thoroughly to ensure proper use and longevity of your remote control.

Important Note: This is an infrared (IR) replacement remote control. While it supports the main functions of your air conditioner, it may not replicate all advanced features found on the original remote. This remote control displays temperature settings exclusively in Celsius.

Setup

Battery Installation

The remote control requires two (2) AAA batteries (not included). Follow these steps to install them:

  1. Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the remote control.
  2. Slide the cover downwards or press the latch and lift to open.
  3. Insert two new 1.5V AAA alkaline batteries, ensuring the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals match the indicators inside the compartment.
  4. Replace the battery compartment cover, sliding it back into place until it clicks securely.

Note: For optimal performance and to prevent leakage, use new alkaline batteries. Do not use rechargeable batteries. Remove batteries if the remote control will not be used for an extended period.
