8. Steering Wheel Control (SWC)
The car stereo supports original steering wheel controls. After connecting the CANBUS, configure the settings to enable SWC by following these steps:
- Go to Settings > Factory Setup and enter the password 1234.
- Choose Car Settings and select your car's year and model.
- Access Steering Learning under Factory Settings to complete the setup.
CANBUS Note:
- Without CANBUS Decoder: Connect the plugs or steering wheel control wires (Key1/Key2) from the power cable to the appropriate ports or wires of your original vehicle. Then, follow this path: Settings > Car Settings > General (Enter SWC setting Interface) to manually match and activate the button functions.
- With CANBUS Decoder: Ensure the CANBUS is connected before powering on the machine. After that, proceed to: Settings > Car Settings > Factory (000000) > Car Type Setting to enable SWC to function properly. First select the brand of the canbus decoder, then select the matching model and year according to the actual situation.
