2. Safety Information
Always observe basic safety precautions when using power tools to reduce the risk of personal injury or damage to the tool. Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious injury or property damage.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including safety glasses.
- Ensure the workpiece is stable and secure before applying torque.
- Do not exceed the maximum torque capacity of the wrench (200 Nm / 147.5 Ft.lb). The loading torque shall not exceed 120% of the maximum torque value.
- Keep the tool clean and dry. Do not expose it to rain or wet conditions.
- Store the tool in a safe place, out of reach of children.
- Do not use the wrench as a pry bar or hammer.

5. Setup
5.1 Battery Installation
The digital torque wrench requires AA batteries for operation. Follow these steps to install or replace the batteries:
- Locate the battery cover at the end of the handle.
- Manually rotate the battery cover counter-clockwise to open it.
- Insert two AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Replace the battery cover and rotate it clockwise to secure it.
- Press the 'C' button to power on the device.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Power On/Off
To power on the wrench, press the 'C' button. The display will illuminate. To power off, press and hold the 'C' button until the display turns off.
6.2 Setting Torque Values
Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the target torque value. The display will show the current setting. The wrench offers ultra-precise torque settings with an accuracy of ±1%.

6.3 Unit Selection
Press the 'U' button to cycle through the available measurement units: N-m (Newton-meters), kgf-cm (kilogram-force centimeters), lb-ft (pound-feet), and lb-in (pound-inches).

6.4 Mode Selection (Peak/Track)
Press the 'P/T' button to switch between Track mode and Peak mode.
- Track Mode: Displays the torque value in real-time as force is applied.
- Peak Mode: Captures and displays the maximum torque value achieved during the application.

6.5 Alert System
The wrench features a multi-faceted alert system to notify you when approaching and reaching the target torque:
- LED Indicators: Green LEDs illuminate at 80% of target torque, yellow at 90%, and red when the target torque is reached.
- Buzzer Alert: An audible buzzer sounds as you approach and reach the target torque.
- Handle Vibration: The handle vibrates to provide tactile feedback when the target torque is near or reached.
6.6 Preset Values and Data Storage
The wrench allows for storing up to 10 groups of preset torque values (P1-P10) and 500 groups of historical data.
- To select a preset value, use the '+' or '-' buttons while in preset mode.
- To access stored data, press the 'M' button.

6.8 Ratchet Head Operation
The 1/2 inch drive ratchet head is two-way, allowing for both tightening and loosening. It features a quick-release mechanism for easy and secure socket changes.
- To change the direction of the ratchet, flip the lever on the ratchet head.
- To attach or detach a socket, press the button on the ratchet head to engage or disengage the quick-release mechanism.
7. Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and accuracy of your digital torque wrench.
- Cleaning: Wipe the wrench with a clean, dry cloth after each use. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
