Setup
Setting Time and Date

Mode Navigation
The MODE button allows you to cycle through the watch's various functions, such as Time, Chronograph (Stopwatch), Alarm, and Dual Time.
Using the Chronograph (Stopwatch)
- Press MODE until "CHRONO" or "STOPWATCH" appears on the display.
- Press START/STOP to begin timing.
- Press START/STOP again to pause/stop the timer.
- Press RESET (often the same button as SET or ADJUST in chronograph mode) to clear the time.
Setting and Using the Alarm
- Press MODE until "ALARM" is displayed.
- Use the SET or ADJUST button to set the desired alarm time.
- Press MODE to confirm and exit.
- To activate/deactivate the alarm, press the designated ALARM ON/OFF button (refer to watch face for specific label).
Dual Time Function
The dual time feature allows you to track a second time zone.
- Press MODE until "DUAL TIME" or "T2" is displayed.
- Use the SET or ADJUST button to set the second time zone.

Water Resistance

Maintenance
Cleaning Your Watch

Battery Replacement
