This appliance is designed to create various milk preparations, including hot and cold foam, heated milk, and hot chocolate, enhancing your beverage experience. Please read this manual thoroughly before first use to ensure safe and optimal operation.

Important Safety Instructions

• Read all instructions before use.
• Do not immerse the base unit in water or other liquids.
• Ensure the power supply voltage matches the rating label on the appliance.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
• Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
• Use only attachments recommended or sold by the manufacturer.
• Do not use outdoors.
• Avoid contact with moving parts.
• Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
• Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from wall outlet.
• Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
• The milk frother features automatic shut-off when milk or froth is ready, and when the jug is separated from the base, ensuring safe use.

Setup and First Use

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the detachable milk jug and whisk with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the main base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base in water.
3. Install Whisk: Place the frothing whisk securely onto the shaft at the bottom of the milk jug.
4. Position Jug: Place the clean milk jug onto the main base. Ensure it is seated correctly.
5. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet (120V).

Operating Instructions

The Huogary Milk Frother offers 5 functions controlled by a single button. Always ensure the whisk is correctly installed and the jug is on the base before adding milk.

Milk Level Indicators

Observe the internal markings inside the milk jug:

• MIN (5.3 oz / 150 mL): Minimum capacity for frothing milk and heating milk.
• MAX (Frothing - 8.5 oz / 250 mL): Maximum capacity for frothing milk. Do not exceed this line when frothing to prevent overflow.
• MAX (Heating/Hot Chocolate - 12.3 oz / 350 mL): Maximum capacity for heating milk or making hot chocolate.

For best frothing results, use whole milk with a fat content greater than 3%.

Function Selection (One-Button Control)

The control panel features a power button surrounded by indicator icons for different functions. Press the power button repeatedly to cycle through the modes.

1. Hot Rich Dense Froth Milk (Cappuccino):

   Press the power button once. The corresponding indicator light will illuminate. Process completes in approximately 180 seconds.

2. Hot Thin Froth Milk (Latte):

   Press the power button twice. The corresponding indicator light will illuminate. Process completes in approximately 150-180 seconds.

3. Hot Chocolate Milk:

   Add milk and up to 34g of chocolate powder to the jug. Press the power button three times. The corresponding indicator light will illuminate. Process completes in approximately 360 seconds.

4. Heating Milk:

   Press the power button four times. The corresponding indicator light will illuminate. Milk will be heated to approximately 65-70°C in about 360 seconds.

5. Cold Froth Milk (Iced Beverage):

   Press the power button five times. The corresponding indicator light will illuminate. Cold froth will be prepared in approximately 180 seconds.

The frother will automatically shut off once the selected program is complete. Pour the prepared milk or froth into your beverage.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your milk frother.

1. Disconnect Power: Always unplug the frother from the power outlet before cleaning.
2. Detachable Jug: The stainless steel milk jug is detachable from the base and is dishwasher safe. For hand washing, rinse thoroughly with water and use a soft brush or sponge with mild detergent.
3. Whisk: Remove the whisk from the jug and clean it separately with warm soapy water.
4. Main Base: Wipe the exterior of the main base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base in water or allow water to enter the electrical components.
5. Drying: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing the frother.
