Common Error Codes and Solutions:

  • E02: Operation Status Warning
    Issue: Desk stops moving if vibration, impact, or incline are detected.
    Solution: Normally disappears automatically after stopping movement. If not, press and hold the ▼ button for 5 seconds until 'RES' appears. Continue holding until the desk goes to its lowest height and comes back up slightly.
  • E20: Overloading Warning
    Issue: Max load exceeded.
    Solution: If raising the desk, remove items from the desktop and try again. If lowering, power off, remove items, power back on, and try again.
  • E10: Motor Safety Sensor Can't Be Detected
    Issue: The motor safety sensor is not detected.
    Solution: Power off, check cable interfaces for intactness and ensure ports are not blocked by foreign matter. Reconnect cables and power up. Press and hold the ▼ button for 3 seconds until 'RES' appears.
  • E60: Unequal Leg Height Warning
    Issue: The left and right legs are not at the same height.
    Solution: Power off and check if the left and right legs are at the same height. Adjust manually if necessary. Power on again. Press and hold the ▼ button for 5 seconds until 'RES' appears.
  • HOT: Overheating Protection
    Issue: Motor doesn't operate continuously for more than 5 minutes.
    Solution: Power off, wait for the screen to go off, then power on again. Alternatively, wait for at least 18 minutes before making any further height adjustment.
