Assembly Instructions

For optimal assembly, it is recommended to install this product on carpets to effectively reduce friction damage between the board and the ground. Two people are recommended for assembly.

Step 1: Prepare Tools and Unpack

Gather the necessary tools: Toolbox, Tool cutter, 5*70mm screwdriver, 6*125mm screwdriver, 6*125mm screwdriver, and a utility knife. Carefully open the furniture boxes by placing them face up and lightly scratching the edge with a utility knife.

Step 2: Assemble Base Sections

Identify board No. 26. Install Part A (cam bolts) into the designated locations on board No. 26. Next, find boards No. 22 and No. 23. Disassemble part U (drawer slides) and install the U2 component onto boards No. 22 and No. 23. Secure with part K (screws). Attach boards No. 22 and No. 23 to board No. 26. Find two pieces of board No. 25 and install them as vertical dividers. Secure these connections with part B (cam locks).

Step 3: Install Back Panels and Top

Insert board No. 24 into the backplane slot. Install board No. 26 as the top panel for this section. Fix it securely with part H (screws).

Step 4: Assemble Additional Sections

Repeat the assembly process for the remaining sections of the wardrobe. For the section with the LED strip, find plate No. 3. Take out the LED strip (Part R) and install it along the designated edge of plate No. 3. Secure the LED strip with Part T (clips) and Part K (screws). Install Part D (cam bolts) and Part F (wooden dowels) as indicated for the LED strip panel. Attach plate No. 16 to plate No. 3 and fix with part E (cam locks).

Step 5: Assemble Drawer Boxes

Find boards No. 8, No. 7, and No. 9. Install part U1 (drawer slides) onto these boards and fix with part K (screws). Install Part D (cam bolts) and Part F (wooden dowels) as shown. Find boards No. 13, No. 15, and two pieces of board No. 14. Install Part F (wooden dowels) into these boards. Assemble the drawer box using these panels, ensuring all connections are secure.

Step 6: Combine Wardrobe Sections

Carefully combine the assembled wardrobe sections. Ensure they align correctly and fix them together using part E (cam locks) and part G (screws) as shown in the video. Attach the back panels (No. 34, No. 33, No. 29, No. 32, No. 31, No. 28, No. 30, No. 27) using part N (screws) and cover with part P (plastic caps).

Step 7: Install Anti-Tip Accessories and Stand Up

Install Part Y (anti-tip straps) and Part V (anti-tip brackets) to the back of the wardrobe as shown. This step is crucial for safety. With the help of another person, carefully stand the assembled cabinet upright.

Step 8: Install Shelves and Hanging Rods

Install part 'a' (shelf pins) into the desired locations for your shelves. Insert shelves No. 11 and No. 10. Install part Z (hanging rod supports) and then place the hanging rods.

Step 9: Attach Doors and Drawers

Attach the door panels (No. 20, No. 19, No. 18, No. 17) using part L (hinges) and secure them with part J (screws). Adjust hinges as needed for proper door alignment. Finally, place the assembled drawers into their respective slots in the cabinet. Install part W (drawer handles) onto the drawers.
