1. Product Overview

The Feob 5000mAh Mini Portable Charger is a compact and lightweight power bank designed for on-the-go charging of compatible iPhone devices. Its plug-in design eliminates the need for extra cables, making it an ideal companion for travel and daily use. The integrated digital display provides real-time battery percentage.

2. Package Contents

Upon opening the package, ensure all the following items are present:

3. Setup and Initial Charge

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your Feob Mini Portable Charger.

1. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the USB-C port on the side of the portable charger.
2. Plug the other end of the USB-C cable into a compatible USB power adapter (not included).
3. The digital display on the charger will show the charging percentage, indicating the current battery level. Charge until it reaches 100%.

The charger supports 15W PD (Power Delivery) for fast recharging. It also features advanced pass-through technology, allowing you to charge your iPhone while simultaneously recharging the power bank itself.

4. Operating Instructions

The Feob Mini Portable Charger is designed for simple, direct plug-in use with compatible iPhone models.

1. Remove the protective cap from the Lightning connector on the portable charger.
2. Align the Lightning connector with your iPhone's charging port and firmly plug it in.
3. The digital display on the portable charger will illuminate, showing its remaining battery percentage. Your iPhone will begin charging automatically.
4. To check the charger's battery level at any time, press the small button located next to the digital display.
5. When your iPhone is fully charged or you wish to stop charging, simply unplug the portable charger from your iPhone. Replace the protective cap on the Lightning connector for storage.

This 5000mAh power bank typically provides 0.9 to 1.5 full charges for your iPhone, depending on your iPhone model's battery capacity.

6. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Feob Mini Portable Charger, follow these maintenance guidelines:

• Keep the device dry. Avoid exposure to moisture, rain, or liquids.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Always replace the protective cap on the Lightning connector when not in use to prevent dust and debris from entering the port.
• Avoid dropping or subjecting the device to strong impacts.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Feob Mini Portable Charger, try the following steps:

• Charger not turning on/displaying charge: Ensure the charger is adequately charged. Press the side button to activate the display.
• iPhone not charging:
  • Ensure the portable charger is sufficiently charged.
  • Verify the Lightning connector is fully and securely inserted into your iPhone's charging port.
  • Check for any debris or lint in your iPhone's charging port or on the charger's connector.
  • Confirm your iPhone model is listed as compatible (refer to Section 5).
• Slow charging: Ensure both the portable charger and your iPhone are not running excessive background applications. Use the provided USB-C cable for recharging the power bank to ensure optimal speed.
• Overheating: The power bank has intelligent controlling IC to prevent overcharge, over-voltage, over-current, and short circuit. If it feels excessively hot, disconnect it immediately and allow it to cool down before further use.
