1. Important Safety Instructions

2. Product Overview

The SUNSMAI S12 is a cordless wet dry vacuum designed for one-step cleaning of hard floors. It vacuums and mops simultaneously, featuring a two-tank system for clean and dirty water, and a self-cleaning function.

3. Setup

3.1 Assembly

1. Insert the handle into the main body until it clicks securely into place.
2. Ensure the clean water tank and dirty water tank are correctly seated in their respective positions.
3. Verify the roller brush is properly installed in the floor head.

3.2 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the appliance. Place the vacuum on the charging dock and connect the power adapter to a wall outlet. The battery indicator will show charging status.

3.3 Filling the Clean Water Tank

1. Remove the clean water tank from the main unit.
2. Open the tank cap and fill with clean tap water. For enhanced cleaning, a small amount of non-foaming floor cleaning solution designed for wet vacuums can be added. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
3. Securely close the cap and reinsert the tank into the main unit until it clicks.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On/Off

• To turn on: Press the Power button located on the handle.
• To turn off: Press the Power button again.

4.2 Cleaning Modes

The S12 operates in a combined wet and dry cleaning mode, simultaneously vacuuming debris and mopping the floor. The voice assistant will provide real-time updates on tank levels and operational status.

4.3 Cleaning Tips

• For best results, move the vacuum at a moderate pace.
• For stubborn messes, allow the vacuum to sit over the mess for a few seconds to allow the water to loosen it, then slowly pass over it.
• Ensure the dirty water tank is emptied regularly to maintain optimal suction and prevent odors.
• The flexible roller brush is designed to adapt to various hard floor surfaces, including hardwood and tiles.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Self-Cleaning Function

After each use, it is recommended to activate the self-cleaning function:

1. Place the vacuum on the charging dock.
2. Ensure the clean water tank has sufficient water.
3. Press the Self-Clean button (usually indicated by a water droplet icon). The vacuum will perform a cleaning cycle for the roller brush and internal pathways.
4. Empty the dirty water tank immediately after the self-cleaning cycle is complete.

5.2 Emptying and Cleaning the Dirty Water Tank

The dirty water tank should be emptied and rinsed after every use to prevent odors and maintain hygiene.

1. Remove the dirty water tank from the main unit.
2. Open the tank lid and pour out the dirty water.
3. Rinse the tank thoroughly with clean water.
4. Clean the filter located within the dirty water tank. Allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembling.

5.3 Cleaning the Roller Brush

Even with the self-cleaning function, occasional manual cleaning of the roller brush may be necessary.

1. Turn off the vacuum and remove the dirty water tank.
2. Open the roller brush cover on the floor head.
3. Remove the roller brush.
4. Remove any hair or debris tangled around the brush. Rinse the brush under running water.
5. Allow the roller brush to air dry completely before reinstalling.
