Setup and Assembly

Before first use, ensure all parts are clean. Follow these steps to assemble your Reemix Masticating Juicer:

1. Step 1: Place the juice container onto the motor unit.
2. Step 2: Place the auger on the center pin of the bowl. Turn and press down until it locks into place.
3. Step 3: Insert the filter and press down.
4. Step 4: Put the lid onto the juice bowl. Turn the lid clockwise to lock it. You will hear a "click".

Ensure the juicer is placed on a stable, flat surface before connecting to power.

Operating Instructions

Preparing Ingredients

• Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
• Cut ingredients into pieces small enough to fit into the feeding chute.
• Remove hard pits from fruits like peaches, plums, and cherries.
• For fibrous vegetables like celery, cut into short pieces to prevent clogging.
• The juicer is recommended for citrus fruits, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds.

Juicing Process

1. Ensure the juice cup and pulp collection cup are in place.
2. Plug the power cord into a 127 Volt electrical outlet.
3. Turn the power switch to the "ON" position. The switch is located on the back of the motor unit.

4. Slowly feed the prepared ingredients into the feeding chute. Use the food pusher only if necessary to guide ingredients down. Do not force ingredients.
5. The juicer will separate juice from pulp, dispensing them into their respective cups.
6. For continuous operation, ensure the pulp and juice cups do not overflow. The juicer has a capacity of 0.6 liters for juice.
7. After juicing, turn the power switch to the "OFF" position and unplug the appliance.

Reverse Function

If ingredients become jammed, switch the power to the "R" (Reverse) position for a few seconds to clear the blockage. Then switch back to "ON" to resume juicing. Always turn off and unplug the juicer before attempting to clear any blockages manually.

Care and Maintenance

Cleaning

1. Unplug the Juicer: Always unplug the juicer from the power outlet before cleaning.
2. Disassemble: Disassemble all removable parts (lid, auger, filter, juice bowl, cups).
3. Rinse Immediately: Rinse all removable parts under running water immediately after use to prevent pulp from drying and sticking.

4. Hand Wash Only: All accessories are removable and should be hand washed with warm, soapy water. Do not place any parts in a dishwasher, as this can damage the BPA-Free Tritan material.

6. Dry Thoroughly: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.
