3. Setup
Follow these steps to set up your electric hob:
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the electric hob and all accessories from the packaging. Retain the packaging for future storage or transport.
- Inspection: Check the appliance for any signs of damage. If any damage is found, do not use the appliance and contact customer support.
- Placement: Place the hob on a clean, dry, stable, and heat-resistant countertop. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the appliance. Do not place it near water sources or heat-sensitive materials.
- Power Connection: Ensure the voltage of your power outlet matches the appliance's requirements (110-220V). Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.

4. Operating Instructions
Operating the LUOSHALIYA electric hob is straightforward with its intuitive controls.
4.1 Powering On/Off:
- Ensure the hob is plugged in.
- Press the power button (usually a touch button) to turn the hob on. The LED display will illuminate.
- To turn off, press the power button again.
4.2 Adjusting Power Levels:
- Place a suitable flat-bottomed pot or pan on the desired heating zone.
- Use the corresponding knob control for that zone to adjust the power level.
- The hob offers 10 power levels: 100W, 400W, 600W, 800W, 1000W, 1200W, 1400W, 1600W, 1800W, and 2000W. Select the appropriate level for your cooking needs.
- The LED display will show the current power setting.
4.3 Using the Timer:
- While cooking, press the timer button (if available, or use the knob to navigate to timer setting).
- Adjust the timer using the controls to set the desired cooking duration, from 0 to 120 minutes.
- The hob will automatically turn off once the set time has elapsed.
4.4 Cookware Compatibility:
Unlike induction cooktops, this ceramic electric hob is compatible with any flat-bottomed cookware. This includes, but is not limited to, aluminum, stainless steel, ceramic, glass, copper, and cast iron pots and pans.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your electric hob.
- Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Wipe the ceramic surface with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent. For stubborn stains, use a non-abrasive ceramic hob cleaner.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the surface.
- Wipe the control panel gently with a damp cloth. Ensure no water enters the control area.
- Clean the exterior body (galvanized sheet and iron) with a soft, damp cloth. Dry thoroughly.
- Do not immerse the hob in water or spray water directly onto it.
- Ensure the ventilation openings on the underside are clear of dust and debris to prevent overheating.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your electric hob, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
