Setup

1. Battery Charging and Installation:

The tool is powered by 2000 mAh Lithium-ion batteries. Ensure batteries are fully charged before first use.

1. Connect the charger to a power outlet.
2. Slide the battery pack onto the charger. The battery indicator lights will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes 30 minutes.
3. Once fully charged, disconnect the battery from the charger.
4. To install the battery, align the battery pack with the base of the ratchet wrench and slide it in until it clicks securely into place.
5. To remove the battery, press the release button (if present) and slide the battery pack out.

2. Attaching Sockets and Adapters:

The ratchet wrench features a 3/8-inch drive. Use the provided sockets, extension rod, or adapters as needed.

• To attach a socket or adapter, simply push it onto the 3/8-inch square drive until it locks into place.
• To remove, pull the socket or adapter firmly off the drive.
• Use the 1/4-inch or 1/2-inch adapters to use sockets of different drive sizes.

1. Powering On/Off and Variable Speed Trigger:

4. General Operation:

• Select the appropriate socket or adapter for the fastener.
• Ensure the battery is securely installed and charged.
• Set the forward/reverse switch to the desired direction (tighten or loosen).
• Place the socket onto the fastener.
• Press the variable speed trigger to operate the tool. Apply steady pressure.
• The tool provides a maximum torque of 90 N.m. For very tight fasteners, it may be necessary to manually break them loose first.
