3. Window Kit Installation

1. Adjust the window slide bar kit to fit the opening of your window. Secure it in place.
2. Insert the exhaust hose adaptor (with hose attached) into the opening of the window slide bar kit. Ensure it is firmly seated to prevent air leakage.
3. Close the window securely against the slide bar kit to seal the opening.

Operating Modes

While this unit is designed as a "Non-Drain Type" with evaporation by heat exchange, a drainage hole is present for continuous drainage in high humidity environments or for complete water removal before storage.

• For continuous drainage, connect a drain hose (not included) to the continuous drainage hole.
• For manual drainage, place a shallow pan under the drainage hole and remove the drain plug. Allow all water to drain.

Storage

When storing the unit for an extended period:

• Ensure all water is drained from the unit.
• Clean the air filter.
• Unplug the power cord and coil it neatly.
• Store the unit in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
