Introduction

Compatibility

This tonneau cover is compatible with:

• Nissan Titan 2004-2015 Fleetside models with a 5.5/5.6 FT (66/67 inch) truck bed.

Important Note: Please measure your truck bed length from the bulkhead to the tailgate to confirm compatibility before proceeding with installation. This product is not compatible with CarbonPro beds or factory side storage box beds, as installation may interfere with electric or Multi-Flex tailgates.

Setup and Installation

The KUIPERAUTO Quad-Soft Tonneau Cover is designed for easy installation without drilling or additional modifications. Follow these steps for a secure fit.

Step 1: Position the Tonneau Cover

Carefully place the folded tonneau cover onto the front of your truck bed, ensuring it is centered and aligned with the bulkhead. The front panel should rest flush against the bulkhead.

Step 2: Secure the Front Clamps

Unfold the first section of the cover. Locate the integrated clamps at the front of the cover. Hook these clamps under the truck bed rails and tighten them securely. Ensure the clamps are firmly attached to prevent movement.

Step 3: Extend and Secure Middle Sections

Unfold the subsequent sections of the tonneau cover towards the tailgate. As each section is unfolded, ensure it lays flat and is properly aligned. The cover features 4 horizontal crossbars to prevent air lifting.

Step 4: Secure the Rear Clamps

Once the cover is fully extended, locate the locking clamps at the rear section. Engage these clamps under the truck bed rails and secure them tightly. These US Patent Clamps provide added safety and stability.

Step 5: Check Fixed Sockets and Drainage

Verify that the upgraded fixed sockets are properly engaged. The integrated colloid design of the waterproof drainage system ensures water is directed away from the truck bed without external hoses.

Note for Trucks with Bed Rail Systems: If your truck is equipped with a bed rail system, refer to the specific instructions provided in the included installation manual for proper clip usage and adjustment. Operating Instructions

The Quad-Soft Tonneau Cover offers flexible opening options to suit your storage needs.

Folding the Cover

1. Release Rear Clamps: To fold the cover, first release the locking clamps located at the rear section of the tonneau cover.
2. Fold Sections: Begin folding the cover from the tailgate towards the cab. Each section is designed to fold smoothly onto the previous one.
3. Secure in Folded Position: Once folded to your desired position (e.g., one-fold, two-fold, or fully open), use the integrated straps and buckles to secure the cover. This prevents it from unfolding during transit.

Unfolding the Cover

1. Release Straps: Unbuckle the securing straps.
2. Unfold Sections: Carefully unfold each section towards the tailgate, ensuring each panel lays flat and aligns correctly with the truck bed rails.
3. Secure Rear Clamps: Once fully extended, re-engage and tighten the locking clamps at the rear of the cover to secure it in the closed position.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance will help preserve the appearance and functionality of your tonneau cover.

• Cleaning: Clean the vinyl surface with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the material. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry.
• Frame Inspection: Periodically inspect the aluminum frames and hinges for any signs of wear or damage. Ensure all bolts and clamps remain tight.
• Waterproofing: The cover features a waterproof design to protect your cargo. While designed to be highly water-resistant, occasional checks of the seals and drainage system are recommended, especially after heavy rain or car washes.
