3. Setup Instructions
Follow these steps to correctly set up your Rytaki KVM Switch:
- Power Connection: Insert the DC/5V power adapter into the 'DC/5V' port on the KVM switch.
- Monitor Connections (Output): Connect your three monitors to the KVM switch's output ports. Use 2 HDMI cables for 'HDMI OUT A' and 'HDMI OUT B', and 1 DisplayPort cable for 'DP OUT C'.
- Computer Connections (Input): For each computer (PC1 and PC2), connect the following cables to the corresponding input ports on the KVM switch:
- Connect 2 HDMI cables from your computer to 'HDMI IN A' and 'HDMI IN B' on the KVM.
- Connect 1 DisplayPort cable from your computer to 'DP IN C' on the KVM.
- Connect 1 USB 3.0 A-B cable from your computer to the 'USB IN' port on the KVM.
Important Note: Ensure that for each PC, all corresponding input cables (e.g., HDMI IN 1A, HDMI IN 1B, DP IN 1C, and USB IN 1 for PC1) are connected. Mixed insertion is not supported. Each PC must support triple-screen display and have the necessary 2 HDMI + 1 DP ports. Adapters may be required if your PC lacks these ports.
- Peripheral Connections:
- Connect your keyboard and mouse to the dedicated USB 3.0 ports on the KVM switch.
- Connect other USB 3.0 devices (e.g., printer, USB flash drive) to the remaining USB 3.0 ports.
- If needed, connect your microphone and audio devices to the respective ports on the front panel.

5. Display Modes
The Rytaki KVM Switch supports the following display modes, provided your computer's graphics card is configured to support them:
- Extended Mode: Each monitor displays different content, extending your desktop across all three screens.
- Mirrored Mode (Copy Mode): All three monitors display the same content, duplicating your desktop.
- Spliced Mode: The three monitors combine to form a single, larger display area. This mode requires specific support from your computer's graphics card.
Note: To achieve a triple-screen display in any mode, each PC connected to the KVM must have the capability to support a triple-screen output from its graphics card.

6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Rytaki KVM Switch, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- No Video Output or Only One Monitor Working:
- Verify all video cables (HDMI, DisplayPort) are securely connected between your computers, the KVM switch, and your monitors.
- Ensure each PC has 2 HDMI + 1 DP + 1 USB 3.0 cable correctly connected to the KVM. Incorrect or mixed insertion of input cables is a common cause for this issue.
- Confirm that your computer's graphics card and monitors support the desired resolution (e.g., 4K@60Hz).
- Check your computer's display settings to ensure it is configured for multi-monitor output (Extended, Mirrored, or Spliced).
- USB Devices Not Recognized:
- Ensure the input USB 3.0 cables from your computers to the KVM are correctly connected and securely seated.
- Verify that your USB peripheral devices are properly plugged into the KVM's USB 3.0 output ports.
- Switching Delay:
- A brief delay (typically a few seconds) during switching is normal as the KVM re-establishes connections with the newly selected computer.
- Ensure all cables are of good quality and properly seated to minimize connection re-establishment time.
- Resolution or Display Quality Issues:
- The final display resolution and quality are dependent on your computer's graphics card, the capabilities of your monitors, and the quality of the cables used.
- Ensure all components support the desired resolution (e.g., 4K@60Hz) for optimal performance.
