Setup

1. Connecting the DVR System

Follow these steps to connect your DVR system to a monitor, network, and cameras:

  1. Connect Power: Plug the 12V DC power supply into the DVR's power input.
  2. Connect Mouse: Insert the USB mouse into one of the DVR's USB ports.
  3. Connect Monitor: Use an HDMI or VGA cable to connect the DVR to your display monitor.
  4. Network Connection: Connect the DVR's LAN port to your router using an Ethernet cable for remote access features.
  5. Camera Connection: Connect your cameras to the DVR's video input ports. For PoE cameras, connect them to a PoE switch, and then connect the PoE switch to the DVR's network port or directly to the router.

2. Initial System Configuration

1. Video Compression (H.265+)

Maintenance

Hard Drive Installation

This DVR model does not include a pre-installed Hard Disk Drive (HDD). You will need to install a compatible 3.5-inch SATA HDD for video storage. Ensure the DVR is powered off before attempting installation.
