4. Setup

4.1 Battery Installation/Replacement

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the small white battery pack.
  2. Use the provided small screwdriver to open the battery compartment cover.
  3. Insert two CR2032 batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). The batteries are typically pre-installed.
  4. Securely close the battery compartment cover with the screwdriver.

4.2 Initial Placement

Uncoil the fairy light string carefully. The flexible silver wire allows for easy shaping around objects, draping, or coiling into containers like mason jars. Ensure the battery pack is placed in a dry location, as it is not waterproof.

5. Operating Instructions

Each battery pack has a small button to control the lights.

  1. Press once: Activates the timer function (6 hours on, 18 hours off). The lights will turn on for 6 hours, then automatically turn off for 18 hours, repeating the cycle daily.
  2. Press twice: Turns the lights ON continuously.
  3. Press three times: Turns the lights OFF.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Battery Care

  • Replace batteries when lights dim or cease to function.
  • Always use new CR2032 batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries.
  • Remove batteries if the lights will not be used for an extended period to prevent leakage.
  • Dispose of used batteries responsibly according to local regulations.

6.2 Cleaning

  • Lights do not turn on:

    • Ensure the power button has been pressed to either ON or TIMER mode.
  • Lights turn off unexpectedly:
    • If in timer mode, the lights will turn off after 6 hours. They will reactivate after 18 hours.

  • Lights are dim:
