4. Setup and Assembly
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
- Clean Before First Use: Wash the steam racks, juice tray, and lid with warm soapy water. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth. Ensure all parts are dry before assembly.
- Place the Main Unit: Position the main unit on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from walls or cabinets to allow for steam ventilation.
- Add Water: Fill the water reservoir of the main unit with clean water. Do not exceed the maximum fill line.
- Assemble Layers: Place the juice collection tray onto the main unit. Then, stack the desired number of steam racks (1, 2, or 3) on top of the juice tray. Place the lid on the uppermost rack.
- Connect Power: Plug the power cord into the steamer's power inlet, then into a 110V 50Hz wall outlet.


5. Operating Instructions
- Prepare Food: Place your food items onto the steam racks. Ensure food is not overcrowded to allow for proper steam circulation.
- Select Cooking Time: Use the digital display and control buttons to select the desired cooking time. The display will show the remaining time.
- Start Steaming: Press the start button to begin the steaming process. The steamer will quickly generate steam.
- Using the Reservation Timer (24H): To use the reservation function, set the desired cooking time, then set the delay time (when you want the cooking to start). The steamer will automatically begin cooking at the set time.
- Keep Warm Function (2H): After cooking is complete, the steamer will automatically switch to the 2-hour keep warm mode. This function can be manually activated or deactivated if desired.
- Monitoring: The transparent cover allows you to monitor the cooking process without lifting the lid, preserving steam and heat.
- Completion: Once cooking is finished, carefully remove the lid and steam racks using oven mitts or the anti-scald handles. Be cautious of hot steam.


6. Cleaning and Maintenance
- Disconnect Power: Before cleaning, always unplug the power cord from the wall outlet and allow the steamer to cool completely.
- Clean Main Unit: Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth or sponge. Do not immerse the main unit in water.

- Descaling (if necessary): If mineral deposits (scale) accumulate at the bottom of the heating pot, use a descaling agent or edible white vinegar. Fill the water reservoir with the descaling solution or white vinegar and water, then boil or soak for approximately 1 hour. After descaling, rinse the pot thoroughly with clean water and boil with fresh water once or twice to remove any residual descaling agent.
- Storage: Store the clean and dry steamer in a cool, dry place.

7. Troubleshooting
