4.9 Connectivity Options

  • Headphones Jack (3.5mm): Connect headphones for silent practice. Plugging in headphones will mute the internal speakers.
  • USB/MIDI: Connect the piano to a computer or smart device (iOS supported) using a USB cable for MIDI data transmission. This allows interaction with music software and apps.
  • Audio In/Out: Use these jacks to connect external audio sources or send the piano's audio output to an amplifier or recording device.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

Wipe the piano's surface with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a slightly damp cloth and then dry thoroughly. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or waxes, as these can damage the finish.

5.2 Storage

When not in use for extended periods, store the piano in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and high humidity. Cover the keys to protect them from dust.

6. Troubleshooting

  • No Sound:
    • Ensure the power adapter is securely connected and the piano is turned ON.
    • Check the volume level; increase it if necessary.
    • If headphones are connected, disconnect them to enable internal speakers.
    • Verify that external audio cables (if used) are correctly connected.
  • Piano Powers Off Unexpectedly:
    • Ensure the power adapter is firmly plugged into both the piano and the wall outlet.
    • Test the power outlet with another device to confirm it is functioning.
    • Avoid placing the piano in areas with extreme temperature fluctuations or poor ventilation.
  • Sustain Pedal Not Working Correctly:
    • Ensure the sustain pedal is fully inserted into the 'PEDAL' jack.
    • Test the pedal by pressing it firmly. If the issue persists, try disconnecting and reconnecting it.
  • Keys Feel Unresponsive or Uneven:
    • The weighted keys are designed to have varying resistance. If a specific key feels significantly different, contact customer support.
