1. Important Safety Instructions

3. Setup
3.1. Unpacking
- Carefully remove all packaging materials from both the Air Fryer and Rice Cooker.
- Remove any stickers or labels from the appliances.
- Check that all components listed in Section 2.3 are present and undamaged.
3.2. Placement
- Place both appliances on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure there is at least 5 inches (13 cm) of space behind and above the appliances to allow for proper air circulation.
- Do not place the appliances near flammable materials or heat sources.
3.3. Initial Cleaning
- Before first use, wash the Air Fryer basket and the Rice Cooker's inner pot, detachable inner lid, steam cap, rice paddle, measuring cup, and steam basket with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Wipe the exterior of both appliances with a damp cloth.
3.4. Air Fryer Test Run
To ensure the air fryer is working correctly and to remove any potential odors from the manufacturing process, perform a test run before cooking food.
- Plug in the air fryer.
- Set the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and time to 10 minutes.
- Allow the air fryer to run through the cycle. A slight odor may be present, which is normal for first use.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1. COSORI Mini Air Fryer Operation

The Air Fryer features a digital touch screen and can also be controlled via the COSORI app.
- Power On/Off: Press the power button to turn the unit on or off.
- Select Function: Choose from Air Fry, Roast, Bake, or Reheat using the touch controls.
- Adjust Temperature: Use the temperature controls to set between 170°F and 400°F (77°C and 204°C).
- Set Time: Use the time controls to set cooking duration from 0 to 60 minutes.
- Start/Pause: Press the start/pause button to begin or temporarily stop cooking.
- Preheating: For best results, preheat the air fryer before adding food.
- Shaking Food: Some recipes may require shaking the basket halfway through cooking for even results.

- Add Ingredients: Use the measuring cup to add desired amount of rice or other ingredients to the inner pot. Add water according to measurement marks or recipe.
- Select Function: Choose from 18 functions including:
- White Rice: Long Grain, Medium/Short Grain, Porridge. Customize texture (Soft, Regular, Hard).
- Brown Rice: Long Grain, Medium/Short Grain, Porridge. Customize texture (Soft, Regular, Hard).
- Oatmeal: Steel-Cut, Rolled, Quick-Cooking.
- Grains: Quinoa, Barley, Farro.
- Quick Rice: For faster white rice cooking.

5. Maintenance
5.1. Cleaning
Always unplug the appliances and allow them to cool completely before cleaning.
- Air Fryer Basket: The air fryer basket is nonstick and dishwasher safe. For stubborn food residue, soak in warm, soapy water before cleaning.
- Rice Cooker Accessories: The inner pot, detachable inner lid, steam cap, rice paddle, measuring cup, and stainless steel steam basket are dishwasher safe.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior of both appliances with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main units in water or any other liquid.
- Heating Elements: Gently wipe the heating elements with a dry cloth if necessary, ensuring the appliance is unplugged and cool.
