5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Device

2. Connect the other end of the charging cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.

5.2 Setting User Profile (Optional)

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Preparing for Measurement

• Sit comfortably with your back supported and feet flat on the floor.
• Place your arm on a table so that the monitor is at heart level.
• Ensure you are relaxed and have not engaged in strenuous activity, eaten, or smoked for at least 30 minutes prior.

6.2 Wearing the Wrist Cuff

1. Wrap the blood pressure monitor around your left wrist, with the display facing upwards.
2. Position the monitor approximately one finger's width from your palm.
3. Ensure the cuff is snug but not too tight.

6.3 Taking a Measurement

1. Once the cuff is correctly positioned, press the touch button on the monitor to start the measurement.
2. The cuff will inflate automatically, and the measurement will begin. Remain still and silent during this process.
3. After the measurement is complete, the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate will be displayed on the screen.
4. If the voice function is enabled, the results will be announced audibly.

6.4 Interpreting Results with Three-Color Backlight

The display backlight color provides a quick visual indication of your blood pressure range:

• Green Backlight: Indicates blood pressure within the normal range.
