2. Safety Instructions
Please read all safety instructions carefully before operating the appliance to prevent injury or damage.
- Electrical Safety: Ensure the power supply matches the machine's voltage (110V). Always plug into a grounded outlet. Do not operate with a damaged power cord or plug.
- Water and Liquids: Keep the machine away from water and other liquids. Do not immerse the unit in water.
- Moving Parts: Keep hands and clothing clear of the sealing bar and other moving parts during operation.
- Heat: The sealing bar becomes hot during operation. Avoid direct contact. Allow adequate cooling time between sealing cycles.
- Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation around the machine to prevent overheating. Do not block the heat dissipation vents located on the rear of the unit.
- Oil Requirement: This machine uses an oil-filled vacuum pump. It is crucial to fill the pump with appropriate vacuum pump oil before first use and to maintain proper oil levels. Operating without oil can cause severe damage. Refer to the "Setup" and "Maintenance" sections for details.
- Children and Pets: Keep the appliance out of reach of children and pets.
- Emergency Stop: Familiarize yourself with the emergency stop button on the control panel. Use it immediately in case of abnormal operation.
- Intended Use: Use the machine only for its intended purpose of vacuum packaging food and other items as described in this manual.

4. Setup
4.1 Unpacking and Inspection
- Carefully remove the vacuum sealer and all accessories from the packaging.
- Inspect the machine for any signs of damage during transit. If damage is found, contact customer support immediately.
- Verify all components are present: Vacuum Sealer, Set of Sealing Bags, High Temperature Cloth, Heating Coil, Manual.

4.2 Caster Installation (if not pre-installed)
If the casters are not pre-installed, attach them to the bottom of the unit using the provided hardware. Ensure they are securely fastened for stability.
4.3 Vacuum Pump Oil Filling
IMPORTANT: The vacuum pump requires oil to operate. The machine is shipped without oil to prevent leakage during transport. Failure to fill the pump with oil before use will cause severe damage and void the warranty.
- Locate the oil fill port and oil level sight glass, typically on the side or rear of the machine. Consult the diagram in the included paper manual for exact locations.
- Carefully pour appropriate vacuum pump oil (not included, typically ISO VG 32 or equivalent) into the fill port until the oil level reaches the middle of the sight glass. Do not overfill.
- Securely close the oil fill port.

Figure 5: Rear view of the vacuum sealer. Refer to the physical manual for precise oil fill port location.
4.4 Power Connection
- Ensure the machine is placed on a stable, level surface.
- Plug the power cord into a grounded 110V electrical outlet.

5. Operation
5.1 Preparing Items for Sealing
- Use appropriate vacuum sealer bags (glossy bags, grain bags, kraft paper bags, tin foil bags, yin and yang bags).
- Place the item(s) inside the bag, ensuring there is sufficient space (at least 1-2 inches) between the food and the top of the bag for a proper seal.
- Ensure the inside of the bag near the sealing area is clean and dry. Moisture or food particles can compromise the seal.
5.2 Setting Parameters
The vacuum time, sealing time, and cooling time can be adjusted based on the type and quantity of food, and the bag material.
- Vacuum Time: (Recommended: 15-35 seconds) Adjust using the '+' and '-' buttons for the vacuum setting. Longer times for larger items or higher vacuum levels.
- Sealing Time: (Recommended: 1.5-2.5 seconds) Adjust using the '+' and '-' buttons for the sealing setting. Thicker bags may require longer sealing times.
- Cooling Time: (Recommended: 5 seconds fixed) This allows the sealing bar to cool down, ensuring a strong, consistent seal and extending the life of the heating element. Adjust using the '+' and '-' buttons for the cooling setting.
5.3 Vacuum Sealing Process
- Open the transparent acrylic lid.
- Place the open end of the bag flat over the sealing bar inside the vacuum chamber. Ensure the entire sealing area of the bag is positioned correctly on the bar and is smooth.
- Close the lid firmly. The machine will automatically start the vacuum cycle once the lid is properly closed and sealed by the lid's sealing ring.
- The vacuum gauge will show the pressure decreasing as air is removed from the chamber.
- Once the set vacuum time is complete, the machine will automatically proceed to the sealing phase, followed by the cooling phase.
- After the cycle is complete, the lid will release, and you can open it to remove the sealed bag.
- Inspect the seal to ensure it is complete and airtight.

6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your vacuum sealer.
6.1 Cleaning
- Always unplug the machine before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior and interior of the vacuum chamber with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Ensure the sealing bar and the area around it are clean and free of food debris.
- Dry all surfaces thoroughly before plugging the machine back in.
6.2 Sealing Bar and Heating Element
- Periodically inspect the high-temperature cloth and heating coil on the sealing bar for wear or damage.
- If the cloth or coil is damaged, replace it with the provided spare parts or genuine replacements. Refer to the included paper manual for replacement instructions.
6.3 Vacuum Pump Oil Check and Change
- Regularly check the oil level in the vacuum pump using the sight glass. The oil level should be in the middle of the sight glass.
- If the oil level is low, add more appropriate vacuum pump oil.
- The vacuum pump oil should be changed periodically, typically after 50-100 hours of operation or if it appears cloudy or discolored. Consult the included paper manual for detailed oil change procedures, including draining old oil and refilling.
7. Troubleshooting
Before contacting customer support, please refer to the following common issues and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Machine does not power on. | No power supply; power cord loose or damaged; fuse blown. | Check power connection and outlet. Inspect power cord. Replace fuse if necessary (consult a qualified technician). |
| No vacuum or weak vacuum. | Lid not closed properly; sealing ring damaged; vacuum pump oil low or absent; vacuum pump issue. | Ensure lid is firmly closed. Inspect and clean/replace sealing ring. Check vacuum pump oil level and fill if low (critical for first use). If problem persists, contact support. |
| Poor or incomplete seal. | Sealing time too short; sealing bar dirty or damaged; bag material incompatible; moisture/food in sealing area. | Increase sealing time. Clean sealing bar. Ensure bag is clean and dry. Use compatible bags. Inspect heating coil/cloth. |
| Vacuum gauge stuck or inaccurate. | Gauge malfunction; debris in vacuum line. | If the gauge is stuck from the beginning, it might be a manufacturing defect. Contact customer support. |
| Machine makes unusual noise. | Vacuum pump issue; loose components. | Check vacuum pump oil level. Ensure all external components are secure. If noise is excessive or unusual, discontinue use and contact support. |
