2. Important Safety Information

• Age and Health: This collar is suitable for dogs weighing 5 to 150 lbs and with neck sizes 8 to 25 inches. Do not use on puppies under 6 months old or dogs with health issues, skin conditions, or heart problems. Consult a veterinarian if unsure.
• Proper Fit: Ensure the collar fits snugly but not too tightly. It should allow two fingers to fit between the strap and the dog's neck. Improper fit can cause skin irritation or reduce effectiveness.
• Duration of Wear: Do not leave the collar on your dog for more than 12 hours per day. Prolonged wear can lead to pressure necrosis (bed sores).
• Skin Monitoring: Regularly check your dog's neck for signs of irritation, redness, or sores. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a veterinarian.
• Supervision: Always supervise your dog when the collar is in use, especially during initial training sessions.

5. Setup Guide

5.1 Charging the Devices

Before first use, fully charge both the receiver collar and the remote control.

1. Connect the USB double-ended charging cable to a 5V USB power adapter (not included).
2. Plug the smaller ends into the charging ports of the receiver collar and the remote control.
3. The charging indicator lights will illuminate. Allow approximately 2 hours for a full charge.
4. Once fully charged, the indicator lights will change or turn off (refer to specific device indicators).

5.2 Attaching Contact Points and Protective Covers

Select the appropriate metal prongs based on your dog's coat length. Use shorter prongs for short-haired dogs and longer prongs for long-haired dogs. Always use the protective rubber covers to prevent skin irritation.

1. Screw the chosen metal prongs onto the receiver collar.
2. Place the protective rubber covers over the metal prongs.

5.3 Fitting the Collar

Proper fit is crucial for both comfort and effectiveness.

1. Place the receiver collar around your dog's neck, ensuring the contact points are positioned underneath, touching the skin.
2. Adjust the strap so it is snug but not tight. You should be able to fit two fingers comfortably between the strap and your dog's neck.
3. The collar is adjustable for dogs weighing 5 to 150 lbs and neck sizes 8 to 25 inches.

5.4 Pairing the Remote and Receiver (if necessary)

The devices are usually pre-paired. If they lose connection or you need to pair a new receiver, follow these steps:

1. Ensure both devices are charged and turned off.
2. Turn on the remote control.
3. Press and hold the power button on the receiver collar until the indicator light flashes rapidly.
4. Within 10 seconds, press any training button (Beep, Vibration, or Shock) on the remote.
5. If pairing is successful, the receiver light will stop flashing and remain solid, or beep.

6.1 Turning On/Off

• Receiver Collar: Press and hold the power button until the indicator light illuminates. Press and hold again to turn off.
• Remote Control: Slide the security on/off switch to the "ON" position. Slide to "OFF" to power down.

6.2 Selecting Collar Modes

The collar offers three distinct modes, selectable via the remote control:

• Bark Control Mode: The receiver collar operates automatically, detecting and responding to your dog's barking with pre-set corrections (beep + vibration, or beep + vibration + shock). The remote is not required for this mode to function.
• Dog Training Mode: The receiver collar responds only to commands sent from the remote control. This mode is used for active training sessions.
• All Mode: The receiver collar functions as both an automatic bark control device and responds to remote commands.

6.3 Using Training Functions (Dog Training Mode / All Mode)

The remote control provides three training functions:

• Beep Function: Emits an audible tone. Adjustable levels 1-8. Use for warning or positive reinforcement.
• Vibration Function: Delivers a tactile vibration. Adjustable levels 1-16. A gentle deterrent or attention-getter.
• Safe Shock Function: Provides a static stimulation. Adjustable levels 1-99. Use as a last resort and at the lowest effective level.

To adjust intensity levels, use the up/down buttons on the remote after selecting the desired function.

7. Bark Control Mode

In Bark Control Mode, the collar automatically detects and corrects excessive barking. It uses an advanced smart chip to distinguish your dog's barking from other noises and vocal cord vibrations.

7.1 Adjustable Sensitivity

The bark collar has 5 adjustable sensitivity levels. A higher sensitivity level means the collar will detect barking more easily. Adjust this based on your dog's barking habits and environmental noise.

7.2 Working States

The bark control mode offers two working states:

• Beep + Vibration: Provides an audible warning followed by a vibration.
• Beep + Vibration + Shock: Provides an audible warning, then vibration, and finally a static stimulation if barking persists.

Select the appropriate working state and sensitivity level via the remote control settings for Bark Control Mode.

8. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Clean the receiver collar and contact points regularly with a damp cloth. Ensure they are dry before re-attaching to your dog.
• Strap Inspection: Periodically check the collar strap for wear and tear. Replace if damaged.
• Storage: When not in use, store the device in a dry place at room temperature.
• Battery Care: Avoid fully discharging the batteries frequently. Charge them when the low battery indicator appears.
• Water Exposure: While the receiver is IP67 waterproof, prolonged submersion or exposure to saltwater should be avoided. Always ensure the charging port cover is securely closed when near water. The remote is NOT waterproof.
