Setup Guide
1. NVR and Camera Connection
The Anssipo PoE system is designed for plug-and-play setup. Power over Ethernet (PoE) technology allows a single Ethernet cable to provide both power and video transmission for each camera.
- Connect the NVR to a monitor using an HDMI or VGA cable.
- Connect the included USB mouse to a USB port on the NVR.
- Connect the NVR to your router using the provided 1m Ethernet cable for remote access.
- Connect each PoE camera to an available PoE port on the NVR using the longer Ethernet cables.
- Connect the NVR power adapter to the NVR and then to a power outlet. Turn on the NVR.

Operating Instructions
1. Live View and Smart Playback
Once your system is set up, you can view live feeds from all cameras on your connected monitor or via the mobile app. The NVR supports smart playback features, allowing you to quickly find key events. You can access recorded footage by date, time, or event type (e.g., motion detection, AI detection).

2. Two-Way Audio
Each camera is equipped with a microphone and speaker, enabling two-way audio communication. Through the mobile app, you can listen to audio from the camera's location and speak through the camera's speaker. This feature is useful for communicating with visitors or deterring intruders.

3. AI Detection and Alerts
The cameras feature AI Artificial Intelligence Detection for identifying human faces, general motion, and vehicles within a 15-meter radius. Upon detection, the system can trigger spotlights, sound alarms, and send instant push alerts and email notifications to your mobile device. You can customize detection sensitivity and areas.

4. Night Vision Modes
The cameras offer multiple night vision modes: full-color mode, infrared mode, or smart mode (default). Smart mode automatically switches between infrared and color night vision based on detected activity, ensuring clear video even in low-light conditions.
Maintenance
- Regular Cleaning: Periodically clean camera lenses with a soft, damp cloth to ensure clear image quality. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Firmware Updates: Check the manufacturer's website or your mobile app for available firmware updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Hard Drive Health: Monitor the health of your 2TB hard drive through the NVR interface. Ensure there is sufficient space for recordings.
- Cable Inspection: Regularly inspect all Ethernet cables for any signs of wear or damage, especially for outdoor installations.
Troubleshooting
- No Video Feed: Check all cable connections (power, HDMI/VGA, Ethernet). Ensure the NVR is powered on and cameras are receiving power via PoE.
- Remote Access Issues: Verify the NVR is connected to the internet. Check your router's internet connection. Ensure the XMEye app is updated and the device is correctly added.
- Poor Night Vision: Ensure camera lenses are clean. Check for obstructions blocking the camera's view. Verify night vision settings in the NVR or app.
- Motion Detection Not Working: Review motion detection settings in the NVR/app, including sensitivity and detection zones. Ensure cameras are positioned correctly.
- Two-Way Audio Problems: Check microphone and speaker settings in the app. Ensure there are no physical obstructions to the camera's microphone or speaker.
