2. Important Safety Instructions

To reduce the risk of serious injury, read all instructions before using this treadmill.

  • Always place the treadmill on a level surface.
  • Keep children and pets away from the treadmill during operation.
  • Ensure the safety key is properly positioned before starting the treadmill. The safety key is a critical safety feature that will stop the treadmill if disengaged.

4. Setup and Assembly

The AoraPulse Folding Treadmill is largely pre-assembled. Follow these steps for quick setup:

5.1 Console Features

  • LED Display: Shows Time, Speed, Distance, and Calories burned.
  • Start/Stop Buttons: Initiate and halt the treadmill belt.
  • Speed Controls (+/-): Adjust the running speed up to 6.2 mph (10 km/h).
  • Program (P) Button: Select from 12 pre-defined workout programs.
  • Mode (M) Button: Choose from 3 control modes.
  • Safety Key Slot: Insert the safety key to enable operation.
  • Tablet/Phone Holder: Conveniently place your device.
  • Cup Holder: Keep your hydration accessible.

5.2 Starting a Workout

  1. Ensure the treadmill is plugged in and the power switch (if present) is ON.
  2. Attach the safety key clip to your clothing and insert the safety key into its designated slot on the console. The treadmill will not operate without the safety key.
  3. Step onto the side rails of the treadmill.
  4. Press the "Start" button. The belt will begin to move at a low speed.
  5. Gradually increase the speed using the "+" button to your desired pace.
  6. To select a pre-defined program, press the "P" button and then "Start". Refer to the display for program details.
  7. To select a control mode, press the "M" button.

5.3 Stopping a Workout

  • Press the "Stop" button to gradually slow down and stop the treadmill belt.
  • Alternatively, pull the safety key from the console for an emergency stop. The treadmill will immediately cease operation.
  • Once the belt has completely stopped, step off the treadmill.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your AoraPulse treadmill.

6.1 Lubrication of the Running Belt

The running belt requires periodic lubrication to reduce friction and wear. Use the provided lubricant or a silicone-based treadmill lubricant.

  1. Turn off and unplug the treadmill.
  2. Loosen the rear roller bolts slightly to lift the belt.
  3. Apply a small amount of lubricant evenly under the center of the running belt.
  4. Tighten the rear roller bolts.
  5. Plug in the treadmill and run it at a slow speed (e.g., 1-2 mph) for 5 minutes to distribute the lubricant.
  6. Lubricate every 3-6 months, or after every 50 hours of use, depending on usage frequency.

6.2 Cleaning

  • Wipe down the console and exterior surfaces with a damp cloth after each use. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
  • Periodically vacuum under the treadmill to prevent dust and debris from accumulating.

6.3 Belt Adjustment

If the running belt shifts to one side or slips, it may need adjustment. Use the provided tool kit to adjust the tension bolts at the rear of the treadmill. Consult the specific instructions in the included user manual for detailed belt alignment procedures.
