Setup Instructions
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all fence panels, the gate panel, and ground stakes from the packaging.
- Positioning: Determine the desired layout for your fence. The panels can be arranged in various configurations to suit your space.
- Connecting Panels:
- Align two fence panels or a fence panel and the gate panel side-by-side.
- Slide a ground stake through the metal loops located on the sides of the adjacent panels. Ensure the stake passes through both panels' loops to secure them together.
- Repeat this process for all connections.
- Ground Insertion:
- Once panels are connected, position the fence in its final location.
- Using a rubber mallet (not included), gently hammer each ground stake into the dirt. Ensure the stakes are inserted deep enough (approximately 12 inches is recommended for stability) to provide a secure and stable barrier.
- Verify that all panels are firmly seated and the fence stands upright without wobbling.

Operating Instructions
- Gate Operation: The gate panel is equipped with a double lock system for secure closure. To open, disengage both latches and swing the gate open. To close, swing the gate shut and engage both latches.
- Flexible Enclosure: The individual panels and stakes allow for flexible arrangement. You can create straight lines, curves, or enclosed shapes as needed to protect specific areas or contain pets.
- Extension: Additional FOREHOGAR fence panels (sold separately) can be added to extend the length of your fence indefinitely. Simply connect new panels using additional ground stakes as described in the setup instructions.

Maintenance
- Regular Cleaning: Periodically wipe down the fence panels and gate with a damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. For stubborn grime, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by rinsing and drying.
- Rust Prevention: The metal fence is designed for outdoor use. Inspect the fence regularly for any signs of rust, especially in areas where the coating might be scratched. Touch up any exposed metal with rust-inhibiting paint if necessary to prolong the product's lifespan.
- Stability Check: Occasionally check the ground stakes to ensure they remain firmly in the ground. Re-hammer any loose stakes to maintain the fence's stability.
- Winter Storage (Optional): In areas with harsh winter conditions, you may choose to disassemble and store the fence indoors to protect it from extreme weather, though it is designed for year-round outdoor use.
Troubleshooting
- Fence is unstable:
- Ensure ground stakes are inserted deeply enough into the soil (recommended 12 inches).
- Check that stakes are passing through all metal loops on adjacent panels.
- If the ground is too soft, consider reinforcing the base with additional support or choosing a different location.
- Gate does not close properly:
- Inspect the latches for any obstructions or damage.
- Ensure the gate panel is aligned correctly with the adjacent fence panel.
- Check if the ground stakes supporting the gate are firmly in place, as shifting can affect alignment.
- Difficulty connecting panels:
- Ensure the metal loops on the panels are aligned before attempting to slide the stake through.
- If loops are bent, gently adjust them with pliers.
