1. Product Overview

The Kruger&Matz M19 Wireless Earphones provide a high-quality audio experience with the convenience of Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity. Designed for comfort and durability, these earphones feature an IPX4 water resistance rating, making them suitable for various activities. The included charging case not only recharges the earphones but also functions as a portable power bank.

2. Setup

2.1 Package Contents

Before use, please ensure all items are present:

• Kruger&Matz M19 Wireless Earphones (Left and Right)
• Charging Case
• USB-C Charging Cable
• 3 Pairs of Ear Tips (Small, Medium, Large)

2.2 Initial Charging

It is recommended to fully charge the earphones and charging case before first use.

1. Place both earphones into the charging case.
2. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and the other end to a 5V/1A power adapter (not included).
3. The digital display on the charging case will indicate the charging status. The earphones will charge for approximately 1.5 hours, and the case for up to 4 hours.

2.3 Bluetooth Pairing

To connect your earphones to a device:

1. Ensure the earphones are charged and inside the charging case.
2. Open the charging case. The earphones will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by flashing lights on the earbuds.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
4. Select "KMPM19" from the list of found devices.
5. Once connected, the earphone indicator lights will stop flashing.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Power On/Off

• Power On: Open the charging case, and the earphones will automatically power on. Alternatively, press and hold the touch control area on both earbuds for 3 seconds.
• Power Off: Place the earphones back into the charging case and close the lid. Alternatively, press and hold the touch control area on both earbuds for 5 seconds.

3.2 Music Playback

Use the touch control area on either earbud to manage music:

• Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
• Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
• Volume Up: Triple tap on the right earbud.
• Volume Down: Triple tap on the left earbud.

3.3 Call Management

Manage phone calls using the touch controls:

• Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
• Reject Call: Press and hold on either earbud for 2 seconds.

3.4 Voice Assistant

Activate your device's voice assistant:

• Activate: Press and hold on either earbud for 3 seconds (when not on a call).

3.5 Flashlight Function

The charging case is equipped with a flashlight feature:

• Activate Flashlight: Press the button on the side of the charging case once.
• Deactivate Flashlight: Press the button again.

3.6 Power Bank Function

The charging case can also be used to charge other devices:

1. Connect your device to the USB-A output port on the charging case using a compatible cable.
2. The charging case will begin to supply power to your device.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Cleaning

• Regularly clean the earphones and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or aerosol sprays.
• Gently clean the charging contacts on the earphones and inside the case with a dry cotton swab if necessary.

4.2 Water Resistance (IPX4)

The earphones are rated IPX4, meaning they are resistant to splashing water from any direction. They are not waterproof and should not be submerged in water. Ensure the earphones are dry before placing them back into the charging case to prevent damage.

4.3 Storage

When not in use, store the earphones in their charging case to protect them and ensure they remain charged. Store in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures.

5. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Kruger&Matz M19 Wireless Earphones, please refer to the following common solutions:

• No Sound:
  • Ensure earphones are charged.
  • Check if the earphones are properly paired with your device.
  • Adjust the volume on both your device and the earphones.
  • Try restarting your device and re-pairing the earphones.
• Cannot Pair:
  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
  • Make sure the earphones are in pairing mode (open case).
  • Move the earphones closer to your device.
  • Forget the device from your Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
  • Ensure no other devices are actively connected to the earphones.
• Charging Issues:
  • Verify the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
  • Try a different USB-C cable or power adapter.
  • Ensure the charging contacts on the earphones and inside the case are clean and free of debris.
• Earphones Disconnect Frequently:
  • Ensure you are within the Bluetooth range (up to 10m).
