1. Setup and Installation
1.1 Unpacking

1.2 Required Tools
- Phillips head screwdriver
- Adjustable wrench
- Level
- Drill (if mounting to wall, optional)
- Silicone sealant (for countertop edges)
1.3 Placement
Ensure the chosen installation area is level and has appropriate plumbing connections for water supply and drainage. This vanity is designed for freestanding, floor-mount installation.

Refer to Figure 1 for detailed dimensions of the vanity cabinet and top to ensure proper fit and clearance in your bathroom.
1.4 Assembly Steps
- Attach any detached legs or support structures to the main cabinet body.
- Carefully position the vanity cabinet in the desired location.
- Adjust the included levelers at the bottom of the vanity feet to ensure the unit is stable and perfectly level.
- Connect the plumbing for the faucet and drain (faucet is not included with the vanity).
- Apply a bead of silicone sealant around the edges of the sink and countertop where they meet the wall or other surfaces to prevent water infiltration.

Figure 2 illustrates the open back design, which facilitates easy plumbing access during installation.

The vanity includes adjustable levelers (as shown in Figure 3) to compensate for uneven floors and features raised cabinet feet for enhanced water resistance.
2. Operation
Your Vanity Art bathroom vanity is designed for daily use with features enhancing convenience and durability.
2.1 Doors and Drawers
The vanity is equipped with soft-closing doors and drawers. This mechanism ensures quiet and gentle closing, preventing slamming and extending the lifespan of the hardware.

Utilize the multiple separate storage spaces, including drawers and shelves (Figure 4), to organize various bathroom accessories efficiently.
2.2 Sink Usage
The elegant ceramic sink is designed for ease of cleaning and maintains its luster with regular care. Ensure proper drainage and avoid leaving standing water for extended periods.
3. Maintenance and Care
Proper maintenance will ensure the longevity and aesthetic appeal of your Vanity Art vanity.
3.1 Cleaning the Cabinet
Wipe the wood cabinet surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. For tougher spots, a mild, non-abrasive wood cleaner can be used. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or excessive moisture, which can damage the finish.
3.2 Cleaning the Ceramic Top

The engineered marble top (Figure 5) is wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, and easy to clean. For daily cleaning, use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner and a soft cloth. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately to prevent water spots and maintain its pristine appearance.
3.3 Preventing Water Spots
To minimize water spots on the ceramic top, always wipe down the surface after each use. For stubborn water spots, a solution of equal parts white vinegar and water can be applied with a soft cloth. Gently rub the affected area, then rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry immediately. Always test any cleaning solution on an inconspicuous area first.
4. Troubleshooting
4.1 Water Spots on Countertop
Issue: Water spots appear on the ceramic top despite regular cleaning.
Solution: Ensure the surface is dried thoroughly after every use. For existing spots, apply a diluted white vinegar solution (1:1 vinegar to water) with a soft cloth. Gently rub, then rinse with clean water and dry immediately. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the finish.
4.2 Doors/Drawers Not Closing Softly
Issue: Doors or drawers do not engage the soft-closing mechanism or close smoothly.
Solution: Check the soft-closing mechanisms for any obstructions or debris. Ensure hinges and drawer slides are clean. If the issue persists, inspect the hardware for damage. Contact customer support if mechanisms are faulty.
4.3 Vanity Not Level
Issue: The vanity wobbles or is not stable on the floor.
Solution: Use the adjustable levelers located at the bottom of the vanity feet. Rotate the levelers clockwise to raise a corner and counter-clockwise to lower it until the vanity is stable and level on all sides.
