4. Setup Instructions
Follow these steps for quick and easy assembly. Remember, two people are required for safe installation.
- Unpack: Remove the folded frame and canopy top from the carry bag.
- Expand Frame: With a partner, stand on opposite sides of the frame. Slightly lift and pull the outer legs apart until the frame is partially expanded. Do not fully extend the legs yet.
- Attach Canopy Top: Drape the canopy top over the partially expanded frame. Secure the corners of the canopy to the frame's corner posts using the hook and loop fasteners. Ensure the canopy is centered and taut.
- Fully Extend Frame: Continue to pull the outer legs apart until the frame is fully extended and the central locking mechanism clicks into place.
- Adjust Height: Press the push-button on each leg to adjust the height to your desired level. Ensure all four legs are set to the same height for stability.
- Attach Mesh Sidewalls: If desired, attach the four mesh sidewalls to the frame using the integrated hook and loop fasteners. The sidewalls feature zipper doors for easy access.
- Secure Canopy: Use the provided tie ropes and ground anchor stakes to firmly secure the canopy to the ground. Attach ropes to the canopy corners and stake them into the ground at an angle.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Height Adjustment
The canopy features 3-level adjustable legs. To adjust the height, locate the push-button on each leg. Press the button and slide the inner leg up or down to the desired height. Ensure all four legs are locked into the same position for stability.
5.2. Using Mesh Sidewalls
The four mesh sidewalls provide protection from insects while allowing airflow. They attach to the canopy frame using hook and loop fasteners. Each sidewall includes a zipper door for convenient entry and exit. When not needed, the sidewalls can be rolled up and secured to the canopy legs with ties, as shown in Image 5.1.

6. Disassembly and Storage
To ensure the longevity of your canopy tent, proper disassembly and storage are crucial.
- Remove Accessories: Detach all mesh sidewalls, tie ropes, and ground stakes.
- Lower Height: Press the push-buttons on each leg and fully retract the inner legs to the lowest position.
- Collapse Frame: With a partner, stand on opposite sides and push the frame inwards, allowing it to collapse. Ensure all locking mechanisms are disengaged.
- Remove Canopy Top: Carefully remove the canopy top from the collapsed frame.
- Clean and Dry: Thoroughly clean all fabric components and allow them to air dry completely before folding. Storing a damp canopy can lead to mold and mildew.
- Fold and Store: Fold the canopy top and mesh sidewalls neatly. Place them, along with the collapsed frame, tie ropes, and stakes, into the provided carry bag.

7. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Clean the Oxford fabric canopy and mesh sidewalls with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely.
- Frame Care: The steel frame is powder-coated for rust resistance. Wipe down the frame with a damp cloth as needed. Inspect for any signs of rust or damage, especially at connecting points.
- Drying: Always ensure all fabric components are completely dry before folding and storing to prevent mold, mildew, and fabric degradation.
- Seam Sealing: For enhanced water resistance, especially in prolonged light rain, consider applying a tent seam sealer to the stitched seams of the canopy top.
- Inspection: Regularly inspect the canopy for any tears, loose stitching, or damaged frame parts. Address any issues promptly to prevent further damage.

8. Troubleshooting
- Canopy unstable in wind: Ensure all tie ropes and ground stakes are properly installed and taut. Consider using additional weights (e.g., sandbags) on the legs in windy conditions. Always take down the canopy in strong winds.
- Water pooling on canopy top: Ensure the canopy top is stretched tautly over the frame. The canopy is designed with drain holes to prevent excessive water accumulation; ensure these are clear.
- Difficulty collapsing frame: Ensure all leg height adjustment buttons are fully depressed and the frame's central locking mechanism is disengaged. Two people should work together to collapse the frame evenly.
- Small drips from seams during rain: This is common with sewn fabric products. Applying a seam sealer (see Maintenance section) can improve water resistance at the seams.
