5. Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the air cooler from its packaging. Retain the packaging for storage or future transport.
2. Placement: Place the cooler on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for proper air circulation. The built-in 3600 universal wheels allow for easy movement.
3. Filling the Water Tank:
   • Locate the top water inlet.
   • Manually fill the 13.21-gallon water tank with clean, cool water. Do not exceed the 'MAX' fill line indicated on the water level indicator.
   • For enhanced cooling, place the provided ice packs (after freezing) into the designated compartments in the top tank.

4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.

6. Operating Instructions

Your ACHAZEL Evaporative Air Cooler features simple knob controls for ease of use.

1. Power On/Off: Turn the 'COOL' knob to the 'COOL' position to activate the cooling function, or turn the 'SWING' knob to a speed setting to activate the fan. Turn both knobs to 'OFF' to power off the unit.
2. Adjusting Fan Speed: Use the 'SWING' knob to select one of the 3 available fan speeds (1, 2, or 3).
3. Oscillation Control:
   • The 'SWING' knob also controls the 1200 automatic oscillation. Select a speed setting to enable automatic left-to-right swing.
   • The vertical louvers can be adjusted manually to direct airflow up or down.
4. Selecting Operating Mode:
   • Fan Mode: Turn the 'SWING' knob to a desired speed (1, 2, or 3) and ensure the 'COOL' knob is in the 'OFF' position.
   • Humidify Mode: This mode is active when the unit is running with water in the tank, even if the 'COOL' function is off. The evaporative process naturally adds humidity to the air.
   • Cooling Mode: Turn the 'COOL' knob to the 'COOL' position. Ensure the water tank is filled. For optimal cooling, use ice packs or add ice to the water tank.

7. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air cooler.

1. Water Tank Cleaning:
   • Unplug the unit before cleaning.
   • Regularly drain the water tank using the drain plug located at the bottom rear of the unit.

2. Honeycomb Cooling Pads:
   • The 3-side honeycomb cooling pads should be inspected periodically for mineral buildup or debris.
