Setup Instructions

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove the rope lights, power adapter, and remote control from the packaging. Ensure all components listed in the 'What's in the Box' section are present.
2. Choose Location: Select a suitable location for your lights, considering the 33-foot length and the need for a power outlet. These lights are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
3. Connect Power: Connect the rope light string to the power adapter. Ensure the connection is secure.
4. Protect Adapter/Controller: If installing outdoors, position the AC adapter and the controller unit in a location protected from direct rain and moisture. While the rope lights are IP65 waterproof, the adapter and controller are not. The plug itself has an IP44 rating.
5. Mounting: Uncoil the rope lights. Use clear packing tape, clips, or other suitable fasteners (not included) to secure the lights along your desired path. The flexible design allows for easy shaping and wrapping.

Operating Instructions

The Minetom Color Changing Rope Lights are primarily operated using the included 28-key remote control. A manual button on the controller provides basic functionality if the remote is unavailable.

Using the Remote Control:

• Power On/Off: Press the ON button to turn the lights on, and the OFF button to turn them off.
• Color Selection: Press any of the 16 colored buttons to change the light color.
• Brightness Adjustment: Use the brightness +/- buttons to increase or decrease the light intensity.
• Light Modes: Select from four dynamic modes: FLASH (rapid color changes), STROBE (single color flashing), FADE (smooth transition between colors), and SMOOTH (gradual color change).
• Timer Function: Press the TIME button to activate the timer. The lights will automatically turn off after 6 or 18 hours. To cancel the timer, press the TIME button again.

Manual Control (Controller Button):

In case the remote control is lost or not functioning, you can press the button located on the controller unit (near the power adapter) to cycle through the available colors and lighting modes.

Maintenance
