Setup
Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge the device. Connect the supplied USB cable to the device's USB port (3) and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port. The battery indicator (12) will show charging status.
Connecting Electrode Pads
- Connect the electrode cables to the output ports (4) on the top of the device.
- Attach the snap connectors of the electrode cables to the metal studs on the electrode pads.

Operating Instructions
Applying Electrode Pads
Ensure the skin area where pads will be applied is clean, dry, and free of oils or lotions. Remove the protective film from the electrode pads and firmly press them onto the desired treatment area. For optimal adhesion and longevity, you may apply a few drops of water to the pads if they start to lose stickiness.

Recommended Pad Placement:
The device can be used for various body parts to relieve pain or stimulate muscles. Common application areas include:
- Back: For lower or upper back pain relief.
- Knee: For joint pain or muscle strengthening around the knee.
- Shoulder: For shoulder discomfort or muscle recovery.
- Joints: General application for various joint pains.
- Abdomen: For EMS abdominal muscle training.

Basic Operation Steps:
Follow these steps for basic operation, also illustrated in the image below:
- Connect Cables: Connect the electrode cables to the device's output ports.
- Apply Pads: Remove the protective film and place the pads firmly on your skin.
- Power On: Turn on the device using the On/Off switch.
- Select Mode: Press the 'M' button to choose from the various modes.
- Adjust Intensity & Time: Increase intensity with the '+' button and set the desired duration (recommended 10-60 minutes).

After your session, slide the On/Off switch to the "Off" position.
Maintenance
Cleaning the Device
- Wipe the main unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
- Ensure the device is completely dry before storing.
Caring for Electrode Pads
- After each use, gently remove the pads from your skin.
- Place the pads back onto the provided sticky board or their original protective film to maintain adhesion and prevent drying.
- If pads lose stickiness, gently wipe the adhesive surface with a damp cloth or apply a few drops of water as shown in the image below. Allow to air dry.
- Replace pads when they no longer adhere well or if they show signs of wear and tear.
