1. Introduction

2. Important Safety Instructions

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury to persons, including the following:

4. Setup and Assembly

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
  2. Clean Attachments: Before first use, wash all stainless steel attachments (beaters, dough hooks, whisks) in warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. The main mixer unit should be wiped with a damp cloth.
  3. Insert Attachments: Ensure the mixer is unplugged and the speed selector is set to '0' (OFF). Insert the desired attachments into the openings on the underside of the mixer. Push firmly until they click into place. For beaters and whisks, either attachment can go into either hole. For dough hooks, ensure the hook with the collar is inserted into the larger hole.
  4. Connect Power: Once attachments are securely in place, plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.

5.1. Speed Control

The CHIDOLL hand mixer features 5 distinct speed settings, allowing you to select the appropriate speed for various mixing tasks. Turn the speed selector dial to choose your desired speed.

  • Speed 1-2: Ideal for mixing liquid ingredients, sauces, or light batters.
  • Speed 2-3: Suitable for stirring butter, pudding, or preparing pancake batter.

  • Turbo Button: Press and hold the "TURBO" button for an extra burst of power at any speed setting, particularly useful for whipping cream or egg whites to stiff peaks.

5.2. Mixing Guidelines

5.3. Ejecting Attachments

After mixing, ensure the mixer is unplugged and the speed selector is set to '0' (OFF). Press the "EJECT" button firmly to release the attachments. You may need to gently pull the attachments out after pressing the button.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance
