3. Setup and First Use
- Unpack: Carefully remove the treadmill and all components from the packaging.
- Placement: Choose a flat, stable, and non-slip surface for the treadmill. Ensure there is at least 0.5 meters of clear space on all sides, especially at the rear.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the power switch on the treadmill (if present) is in the OFF position before plugging in.
- Initial Check: Before stepping on, turn on the treadmill (if it has a separate power switch) and then use the remote control to start it at the lowest speed (1 km/h) to ensure the belt moves smoothly.
4. Operating Instructions
The Dreaver S340-P is operated using the included remote control. The LED display shows your workout data.

Remote Control Functions:
- '+' Button: Press to increase the walking speed.
- '-' Button: Press to decrease the walking speed.
- 'M' Button (Mode): Press to cycle through the displayed workout data on the LED screen (Speed, Time, Calories Burned, Distance).
- 'ON/OFF' Button: Press to start or stop the treadmill.
Starting a Workout:
- Step onto the treadmill belt carefully.
- Press the 'ON/OFF' button on the remote control. The treadmill will typically start at the lowest speed (1 km/h) after a short countdown.
- Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the speed to your desired level (1-6 km/h).
- Monitor your progress on the LED display using the 'M' button to switch between data points.
Ending a Workout:
- Gradually decrease the speed using the '-' button until the treadmill comes to a complete stop.
- Alternatively, press the 'ON/OFF' button to stop the treadmill.
- Once the belt has stopped, carefully step off the treadmill.
5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Dreaver S340-P Walking Pad Treadmill.
Cleaning:
- Always unplug the treadmill before cleaning.
