Setup Instructions

Follow these steps for quick and easy assembly. Remember, two people are required for installation.

  1. Step 1: Unpack and Position the Frame

Remove the main frame assembly (A) from the carry bag (G). Place the folded frame in the desired location for your gazebo. Ensure the area is flat and clear of obstructions.

    Pop Up Gazebo Assembly Steps

Image: A visual guide showing the four main steps of setting up the pop-up gazebo: taking it out of the carry bag, adding the canopy, opening the frame, and adding mesh sidewalls.

  2. Step 2: Attach the Canopy Top

Carefully unfold the main canopy top (B) and the vent canopy top (C). Place the main canopy over the partially opened frame. Secure the canopy to the frame at each corner and along the edges using the integrated fasteners (e.g., Velcro straps or clips). Attach the smaller vent canopy to the top of the main canopy, ensuring it is centered and secure.

  3. Step 3: Extend the Frame

With one person at each corner, slowly pull the legs of the frame outwards until the frame is fully extended and locked into place. Ensure all locking mechanisms on the frame are engaged securely. Adjust the height of the legs if desired, ensuring all legs are set to the same height for stability.

  4. Step 4: Install Mesh Sidewalls

Attach the mesh sidewalls (D) to the frame using the integrated zippers and Velcro straps. The sidewalls can be zipped together to fully enclose the gazebo or tied back to the legs for an open-air feel.

  5. Step 5: Secure with Stakes and Ropes

For maximum stability, especially in light wind conditions, use the provided ground stakes (E) and guy ropes (F). Drive the stakes into the ground at the base of each leg and at a suitable distance from each corner for the guy ropes. Attach the guy ropes to the top corners of the gazebo and tension them to the ground stakes.

Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
Gazebo is unstable or wobbly. Not properly anchored; legs not fully extended/locked; uneven ground.Ensure all legs are fully extended and locking pins are engaged. Use all provided ground stakes and guy ropes. Move to a level surface.
Difficulty extending/collapsing frame.Frame joints are stiff; not enough people assisting.Apply a silicone-based lubricant to joints if stiff. Ensure two people are working together, one at each end, to extend/collapse evenly.
Water pooling on canopy.Heavy rain exceeding drainage capacity; improper canopy tension. This gazebo is not for heavy rain; disassemble immediately. Ensure canopy is taut and properly attached to the frame.
Mesh sidewalls do not fit correctly.Incorrect orientation; frame not fully extended.Verify the sidewalls are oriented correctly (zippers facing inwards/outwards as desired). Ensure the main frame is fully extended to its maximum dimensions.
