Setup and Installation

1. Unpacking

  • Carefully remove the washing machine from its packaging.
  • Remove all internal packing materials, including any foam or cardboard inserts from the drum.
  • Inspect the machine for any signs of damage. If damaged, do not proceed with installation and contact customer support.

2. Connecting the Water Inlet Hose

  • Locate the water inlet connection point on the back of the washing machine.
  • Attach the L-shaped end of the provided inlet hose to the machine's water inlet. Hand-tighten securely to prevent leaks.
  • Connect the other end of the inlet hose to a standard water tap. Ensure the tap connection is also tight. If your tap does not have a screw thread, a quick connect adapter (not included) may be required.
  • Turn on the water supply and check for any leaks at both connection points.

3. Connecting the Drain Hose

  • Attach the corrugated drain hose to the drain outlet on the washing machine.
  • Position the free end of the drain hose to direct wastewater into a sink, laundry tub, or a standpipe. Ensure the hose is not kinked, blocked, or submerged in water to allow for proper drainage.

4. Installing the Base Cover

  • Gently tilt the washing machine to access its underside.
  • Align the base cover with the designated slots or screw holes on the bottom of the machine.
  • Secure the base cover using the provided screws or by snapping it firmly into place. This helps protect internal components and reduce noise.

Operating Instructions

1. Loading Laundry

  • Open the top lid of the washing machine.
  • Place clothes loosely into the stainless steel inner tub. Do not pack clothes tightly, as this can hinder washing performance and damage the machine. Ensure the load does not exceed the 12 lbs capacity.

2. Adding Detergent

  • Add the appropriate amount of laundry detergent directly into the tub with the clothes. Refer to your detergent's instructions for recommended quantities based on load size and water hardness.

3. Selecting Wash Programs and Water Levels

  • Press the "Power" button to turn on the machine.
  • Press the "Program" button repeatedly to cycle through the 10 available wash cycles (e.g., Normal, Standard, Fast, Blanket, Soak&Wash, Wash, Wash&Rinse, Rinse&Spin, Spin, Air Dry). Select the program best suited for your laundry.
  • Press the "Water Level" button to choose one of the 8 water levels (23L, 26L, 29L, 33L, 36L, 39L, 42L, 46L) that matches your load size.
  • Once your selections are made, press "Start/Pause" to begin the wash cycle.

4. Child Lock Function

  • To Activate: With the machine powered on, press and hold the "Water Level" and "Program" buttons simultaneously for a few seconds until "CL" appears on the LED display. This locks the control panel.
  • To Deactivate: Repeat the same process (press and hold "Water Level" and "Program" buttons) until "CL" disappears from the display.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning the Lint Filter

  • Regularly check and clean the lint filter, typically located inside the tub.
  • Remove the filter, open it, and discard any accumulated lint and debris.
  • Rinse the filter thoroughly under running water and reinsert it securely into its position.

2. Tub Self-Clean Function

  • To maintain hygiene and prevent bacterial buildup, use the "Tub Clean" program periodically.
  • Follow the specific instructions for this cycle on your control panel. This program uses water to scour the inner and outer walls of the tub.
