2. Safety Information

  • Weight Limit: Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 150 kg (330 lbs).
  • Assembly: Ensure all screws and bolts are securely tightened before use. Periodically check and re-tighten as necessary.
  • Children: Keep small parts away from children during assembly. This chair is not a toy.
  • Movement: Avoid standing on the chair or using it as a step stool. Do not lean excessively to one side while seated.
  • Environment: Use the chair on a flat, stable surface. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.
  • Gas Lift: The gas lift is a high-pressure component. Do not attempt to disassemble or replace it without professional assistance.

4. Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your PZDO Gaming Chair. It is recommended to assemble the chair on a soft, clean surface to prevent damage.

  1. Attach Casters to Base: Insert each of the five casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the star base. Push firmly until they click into place.
  2. Install Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the star base. Cover it with the gas lift cover.
  3. Attach Mechanism Plate to Seat: Align the mechanism plate with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Secure it with the provided screws and tighten them using the Allen key. Ensure the front of the mechanism plate faces the front of the seat.
  4. Connect Seat to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring the center hole of the mechanism plate aligns with the top of the gas lift.
  5. Attach Backrest to Seat: Align the backrest with the metal brackets on the sides of the seat cushion. Secure it using the remaining screws. Do not fully tighten yet.
  6. Install Footrest: Slide the footrest into the designated slots under the seat.
  7. Final Tightening: Once all parts are loosely assembled, fully tighten all screws.
  8. Attach Pillows: Secure the lumbar pillow and headrest pillow using their straps to the backrest as desired for comfort.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Seat Height Adjustment

To adjust the seat height, pull the lever located on the right side of the seat upwards. While pulling the lever, apply your weight to lower the seat or lift your weight to raise it. Release the lever to lock the height in place.

5.2 Backrest Recline Adjustment

To recline the backrest, pull the lever located on the left side of the seat upwards. Lean back to your desired angle (between 90° and 145°). Release the lever to lock the backrest position. The armrests are designed to move with the backrest for continuous support.

5.3 Footrest Operation

To extend the footrest, pull it outwards from underneath the seat. To retract, push it back in until it is fully stored.

5.4 Swivel Function

The chair features a 360° swivel function, allowing for easy rotation without moving the base.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

  • Fabric: For general cleaning, wipe the high-tech fabric with a soft, damp cloth. For spot cleaning, use a mild fabric cleaner and blot the affected area. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Base and Wheels: Wipe the metal base and plastic wheels with a damp cloth. Ensure no dust or debris accumulates in the wheel mechanisms to maintain smooth rolling.

6.2 General Care

  • Periodically check all screws and bolts and re-tighten them to ensure stability and safety.
  • Avoid exposing the chair to direct sunlight for extended periods, as this may cause fading or material degradation.
  • Do not place hot objects directly on the chair's surface.

7. Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Chair wobbles or feels unstable. Loose screws or uneven floor. Check and tighten all assembly screws. Ensure the chair is on a flat surface.
Seat height adjustment not working. Gas lift lever not engaged or gas lift malfunction. Ensure the lever is fully pulled. If the issue persists, the gas lift may need replacement (contact support).
Backrest recline not locking. Recline lever not engaged or mechanism issue. Ensure the recline lever is fully released to lock. Check for any obstructions in the mechanism.
Wheels not rolling smoothly. Debris caught in casters or damaged casters. Clean any hair or debris from the casters. If damaged, casters can be replaced.
