3. Safety Precautions

  • Always operate the jack on a flat, firm, and level surface. Never use it on a sloped or uneven ground.
  • Ensure the vehicle's parking brake is engaged and the transmission is in 'Park' (automatic) or 'first gear' (manual).
  • Chock the wheels diagonally opposite to the wheel being lifted to prevent accidental movement.
  • Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 5 tons.
  • Never place any part of your body under a vehicle supported only by the jack. Always use jack stands for additional support.
  • Keep hands and clothing clear of moving parts.

4. Setup

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Using the Electric Hydraulic Jack

  1. Ensure the jack is correctly positioned under the vehicle's lifting point.
  2. Press the power button (usually marked 'UP') to start lifting the vehicle.
  3. Monitor the lifting process. Once the vehicle is at the desired height (tire is off the ground), press the 'O' button to pause the lifting.
  4. After completing your task, press the 'DOWN' button to slowly lower the vehicle until the jack is at its minimum height.

5.2. Using the Impact Wrench

  1. Pull out the cable from the jack and connect it to the electric impact wrench.
  2. Select the appropriate socket size (17-23mm) for your lug nuts. Two sleeves are provided, offering four sizes.
  3. To loosen nuts: Set the power switch to 'II' (loosening mode). Press and hold until the lug nut is loose.
  4. To tighten nuts: Set the power switch to 'I' (tightening mode). Press and hold until the lug nut is securely tightened.

5.3. Using the Tire Inflator Pump

  1. Open the built-in tire pump compartment on the jack.
  2. Connect the inflator hose to the tire's air valve.
  3. Press the inflation button (usually marked with a pump icon) to start inflating the tire.
  4. Monitor the real-time pressure gauge. Once the desired pressure is reached, close the inflation button.

6. Maintenance

6.1. Replacing the Fuse

If the device stops working, the fuse in the cigarette lighter plug may need replacement.

  1. Unscrew the metal part at the front of the cigarette lighter plug anticlockwise.
  2. Take out the broken fuse and replace it with a spare fuse (found in the emergency toolbox).
  3. Screw the metal part clockwise to secure.
