1. Product Overview

The SAMSUNG 32" Odyssey G3 FHD Gaming Monitor is designed for an immersive gaming experience, featuring a 165Hz refresh rate, 1ms response time, and AMD FreeSync Premium technology. Its height-adjustable screen and Eye Saver Mode contribute to comfortable extended use.

2. Setup

2.1 Unpacking

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure the following items are present:

• Monitor Stand Neck
• Power Cable
• HDMI Cable

2.2 Stand Assembly

1. Attach the stand neck to the monitor display panel. Ensure it clicks securely into place.
2. Connect the stand base to the bottom of the stand neck. Tighten any screws if provided, typically by hand or with a coin.

2.3 Connecting Cables

2.4 Initial Power-On

Press the power button, usually located on the bottom right or rear of the monitor, to turn it on. The monitor will automatically detect the active input source.

3.1 On-Screen Display (OSD) Menu

The OSD menu allows you to adjust various monitor settings. Access it by pressing the joystick/button on the rear of the monitor. Use the joystick to navigate and select options.

• Eye Saver Mode: Reduces blue light emissions to minimize eye strain during prolonged use. Activate this mode via the OSD menu.
• Flicker Free: This technology continuously removes tiring and irritating screen flicker, allowing for longer, more comfortable viewing. This feature is always active.

3.3 Adjusting Monitor Position

The monitor stand allows for various adjustments to optimize your viewing experience:

• Height Adjustment: Gently push or pull the monitor panel up or down along the stand neck.
• Tilt Adjustment: Tilt the monitor panel forward or backward to find your preferred viewing angle.
• Pivot Function: The monitor can be rotated 90 degrees to a portrait orientation. Ensure sufficient clearance before pivoting.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Cleaning the Screen

5. Troubleshooting

5.1 No Display / Black Screen

• Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the monitor and the power outlet.
• Verify that the video cable (HDMI or DisplayPort) is firmly connected to both the monitor and your computer.
• Check if the correct input source is selected in the OSD menu.
• Restart your computer.

5.2 Screen Flickering or Distorted Image
