Setup
1. Inserting SIM Card and microSD Card
- Locate the SIM tray on the side of your device.
- Insert the SIM ejection pin into the small hole next to the tray to open it.
- Place your Nano-SIM card(s) and/or microSD card into the tray with the gold contacts facing down. The Galaxy M34 5G supports Dual SIM and expandable storage via a shared SIM slot.
- Gently push the tray back into the slot until it clicks into place.
2. Initial Power On
- Press and hold the Power/Side key until the Samsung logo appears.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the initial setup, including language selection, Wi-Fi connection, Google account setup, and data transfer.
3. Charging the Device
Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your device. Use the included 25W fast charger and USB-C cable.
- Connect the USB-C cable to the charging port at the bottom of your phone.
- Connect the other end of the cable to the 25W fast charger adapter.
- Plug the adapter into a power outlet.
- The charging indicator will appear on the screen.

Operating Instructions
Power On/Off and Restart
- Power On: Press and hold the Power/Side key until the device vibrates and the Samsung logo appears.
- Power Off: Press and hold the Power/Side key and Volume Down key simultaneously, then tap 'Power off' on the screen. Alternatively, swipe down from the top of the screen to open the Quick Panel, tap the Power icon, and select 'Power off'.
- Restart: Follow the power off steps, but select 'Restart' instead.
Basic Navigation
- Home Screen: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to access the app drawer. Swipe left or right to navigate between home screens.
- Notifications and Quick Settings: Swipe down from the top of the screen to view notifications and access quick settings toggles.
- Recent Apps: Swipe up and hold from the bottom of the screen (if using gesture navigation) or tap the Recent Apps button (if using navigation buttons) to see recently used applications.
Camera Usage
The Galaxy M34 5G features a 50MP main camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), an 8MP ultrawide camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a 13MP front camera.
- Open the Camera app from your home screen or app drawer.
- Select your desired camera mode (e.g., Photo, Video, Portrait, Pro).
- Tap the shutter button to capture a photo or start/stop video recording.
- Switch between front and rear cameras using the camera switch icon.
Connectivity
- Wi-Fi: Go to Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi to connect to available wireless networks.
- Bluetooth: Go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth to pair with Bluetooth devices like headphones or speakers.
