    • Insert the window kit adapter (with the exhaust hose attached) into the opening of the window slide kit.
    • Close the window firmly against the kit to seal the opening.
  4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded 115V, 60Hz electrical outlet.
  5. Drainage (Optional): For continuous drainage in dehumidification mode, connect the drain hose to the continuous drain port and route it to a floor drain or suitable container. Otherwise, the internal tank will collect condensate.

7. Operating Instructions

Turning On/Off:

  • Press the Power button on the control panel or remote control to turn the unit on or off.

Selecting Operating Mode:

Press the Mode button on the control panel or remote control to cycle through the available modes:

  • Cooling Mode (Cool): For cooling the room. Adjust temperature using the Up/Down buttons.
  • Fan Mode (Fan): Circulates air without cooling. Use Fan Speed button to adjust.
  • Dehumidification Mode (Dry): Removes moisture from the air. Temperature and fan speed are automatically controlled.

  2. Locate and remove the air filter from the back or side of the unit.
  3. Wash the filter with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.
  4. Allow the filter to air dry completely before reinserting it into the unit. Do not expose to direct sunlight.

Draining Condensed Water:

The unit has an internal water tank that collects condensate. When the tank is full, the unit will stop operating and display an indicator. Drain the water as follows:

  2. Place a shallow pan or tray under the drain port at the bottom rear of the unit.
  3. Remove the drain plug/cap.
