3. Installation Instructions

The Puribath shower head is designed for easy installation, typically requiring no tools. Follow these steps:

  1. Remove Existing Shower Head: Unscrew your current shower head from the shower arm by turning it counter-clockwise. If it's tight, you may use a wrench with a cloth to avoid scratching.
  2. Prepare Puribath Shower Head: Ensure the sediment filter and ACF filter are correctly inserted into the shower head handle. The sediment filter is typically inserted first, followed by the ACF filter.
  3. Attach New Shower Head: Screw the Puribath shower head onto the shower arm by turning it clockwise until it is hand-tight. Avoid over-tightening.
  4. Check for Leaks: Turn on the water and check for any leaks around the connection point. If leaks occur, tighten slightly more.

4. Operating Instructions

Once installed, the Puribath shower head operates like a standard shower head, but with the added benefits of filtration and enhanced water pressure.

Water Filtration System:

The shower head utilizes a two-stage filtration process:

  • 1st Stage (Sediment Filter): This filter, made of fine and thick fibrous tissue, removes rust, sand, and other particulate impurities from the water.
  • 2nd Stage (Activated Carbon Filter - ACF): The ACF works to remove residual chlorine and unpleasant odors, which can contribute to skin dryness and irritation.
