Setup
1. Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case.
- Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated.
- Connect the charging cable to the charging case's port and a USB power source.
- The digital display on the charging case will indicate the charging status. Allow approximately 1.5 hours for a full charge.
- Once fully charged, disconnect the cable.
2. Pairing with Your Device
The S10 Pro Earbuds use Bluetooth 5.0 for a stable connection.
- Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to the Bluetooth settings.
- Search for available devices and select "S10 Pro" from the list.
- Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the earbuds will be ready for use.
- For subsequent uses, the earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device when removed from the case.
Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
- Power On: Open the charging case, or long-press the touch area on both earbuds for 3 seconds.
- Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid, or long-press the touch area on both earbuds for 5 seconds.

Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC)

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your earbuds.
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean the earbuds and charging case. Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents. Gently remove any earwax or debris from the ear tips and speaker mesh using a small, soft brush or cotton swab.
- Storage: When not in use, always store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them from dust, moisture, and physical damage. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Battery Care: To preserve battery life, avoid fully discharging the earbuds and charging case frequently. Charge them regularly, even if not used for extended periods.
- Water Resistance: The earbuds are not waterproof. Avoid exposure to water, sweat, or high humidity.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues, try the following solutions:
- Earbuds not pairing/connecting:
- Ensure both earbuds are charged.
- Turn off Bluetooth on your device and turn it back on.
- Forget "S10 Pro" from your device's Bluetooth list and attempt to pair again.
- Place earbuds back in the case, close the lid, wait 10 seconds, then open to re-initiate pairing mode.
- No sound from one or both earbuds:
- Check the volume level on both your device and the earbuds.
- Ensure earbuds are properly connected to your device.
- Try playing different audio sources.
- Clean any debris from the earbud speaker mesh.
- Charging issues:
- Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
- Verify the power source is working.
- Clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case.
- Earbud Reset: If issues persist, try resetting the earbuds.
- Place both earbuds into the charging case.
- With the lid open, press and hold the reset button (if available, otherwise assume a long press on touch area) on the charging case or both earbuds for approximately 10-15 seconds until the indicator lights flash.
- Remove "S10 Pro" from your device's Bluetooth list and re-pair.
