3. Setup

3.1 Charging the Earbuds and Case

1. Place the earbuds into the charging case, ensuring they are correctly seated.
2. Connect the USB charging cable to the charging port on the case and to a power source.
3. The indicator lights on the case will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours.

3.2 Initial Pairing

1. Ensure the earbuds are charged.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing LED light on one of the earbuds.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings and turn on Bluetooth.
4. Select "AVIOT TE-Q3-MLG" from the list of available devices.
5. Once connected, a voice prompt will confirm successful pairing.

3.3 Wearing the Earbuds

Choose the ear cushions that provide the best fit for your ears. Insert the earbuds gently into your ear canals and twist slightly to secure them. A proper fit is crucial for optimal sound quality and noise cancellation.

4. Operation

4.1 Power On/Off

• Power On: Open the charging case, and the earbuds will power on automatically. Alternatively, long-press the touch sensor on both earbuds for 3 seconds.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. Alternatively, long-press the touch sensor on both earbuds for 5 seconds.

4.2 Music Playback

• Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
• Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
• Volume Up: Triple tap on the right earbud.
• Volume Down: Triple tap on the left earbud.

4.3 Call Management

• Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
• Reject Call: Long-press on either earbud for 2 seconds.

4.4 Noise Cancellation Modes

The AVIOT TE-Q3-MLG earbuds feature hybrid noise-cancelling technology. You can switch between modes:

• Active Noise Cancellation (ANC): Reduces ambient noise for an immersive listening experience.
• Ambient Sound Mode: Allows you to hear your surroundings while listening to audio.
• Normal Mode: Standard audio playback without noise cancellation or ambient sound.

To cycle through these modes, long-press the touch sensor on the left earbud.

4.5 Special Voice Feature

In addition to standard voice guidance for actions like powering on/off, these earbuds include an interactive "Special Voice" feature. You can access a random selection from 240 unique voices by Takuya Yamanaka by long-pressing the right earbud button. These voices are available in 12 modes, including ES, Jackal, and four 10-player modes within the dedicated app. Dialogues from prison guards and other prisoners may contain clues related to the Milgram story.

7.1 Cleaning

• Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
• Remove ear cushions and clean them with mild soap and water if necessary. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching.

• No sound from one earbud: Check if both earbuds are charged. Try resetting the earbuds by placing them in the case and then taking them out. Re-pair if necessary.
