Setup
Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge the PureBaby Koala Sound Machine using the provided USB-C charging cable.
- Locate the USB-C port on the device.
- Insert the small end of the USB-C cable into the device's port.
- Connect the larger end of the USB-C cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
- The charging indicator light will illuminate. Once fully charged, the light may change color or turn off.
Attaching the Hanging Ring
The detachable silicone hanging ring allows for versatile placement.
- Align the ends of the hanging ring with the designated attachment points on the top of the Koala sound machine.
- Securely snap the ring into place.
- To detach, gently press the release tabs (if present) or pull firmly until it disconnects.
Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
Press and hold the Power Button (located on the back/top of the device) to turn the unit on or off.
Sound Selection
The device offers 12 soothing sounds: 6 instrumental lullabies and 6 classic sleep sounds.
- Press the Classic Sleep Sounds button (icon with waves) to cycle through white noise, heartbeat, and the "shhh" hush sound.
- Press the Instrumental Lullabies button (icon with music notes) to cycle through the 6 lullabies.
- Use the Skip Sound button (icon with arrows) to move to the next sound within the selected category.
Volume Adjustment
The device has 10 volume settings.
- Press the Volume Up button (icon with plus sign) to increase the volume.
- Press the Volume Down button (icon with minus sign) to decrease the volume.
Night Light Operation
The LED night light features 7+ soft glow colors.
- Press the Choose Your Soft Glow Light button (icon with sun/lightbulb) to turn the light on and cycle through individual colors.
- Press the Cycle Through All Colors button (icon with rainbow) to activate the multi-color spectrum effect.
- To turn off the light, continue pressing the light selection button until the light turns off, or use the Auto-Off Light feature.
Auto-Off Timer
The auto-off sleep timer can be set for 30 or 60 minutes to conserve battery life.
- Press the Auto-Off Timer button (icon with clock/Zzz) to select the desired timer duration.
- The indicator light will confirm the selected timer setting.
Child Safety Lock
To prevent accidental changes by children, activate the child safety lock.
- Press and hold the Child Lock button (icon with lock) for a few seconds until the child lock light illuminates.
- To deactivate, press and hold the Child Lock button again until the light turns off.
Maintenance
Cleaning
To clean the PureBaby Koala Sound Machine, wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth. Do not submerge the device in water or use harsh chemicals. Ensure the device is completely dry before storage or next use.
Storage
Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures when not in use for extended periods.
Troubleshooting
