4. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your COSTWAY Baby Playpen. It is recommended that two adults assemble the playpen for easier and safer setup.

Step 1: Unpacking and Preparation

• Unpack all components from the box and lay them out on a clean, flat surface.
• Identify all steel pipes and ABS plastic connectors according to the parts list.

Step 2: Assembling the Frame

• Connect the steel pipes using the ABS plastic connectors to form the base frame of the playpen. Ensure each pipe clicks securely into place within the connectors.
• Assemble the vertical support pipes and attach them to the base frame.
• Construct the top frame using the remaining steel pipes and connectors, then attach it to the vertical supports. Ensure all connections are firm and stable.

Step 3: Attaching the Fabric

• Carefully slide the oxford cloth fabric over the assembled frame. Ensure the mesh panels align with the sides of the frame.
• Secure the fabric to the frame using the integrated hook and loop fasteners. Ensure all corners are covered by the protective corner covers.
• Verify that the zipper door is properly aligned and can be opened and closed smoothly.

Step 4: Final Checks and Accessories

• Press down on all anti-slip suction cups at the bottom of the playpen to ensure they firmly adhere to the floor, providing maximum stability.
• Attach the four pull rings to the top rail of the playpen. These are designed to assist your child with standing and walking practice.
• Place the included ocean balls inside the playpen for your child's enjoyment.

Using the Zipper Door

Utilizing Pull Rings
