5. Setup

5.1. Inserting the SIM Card and Battery

  3. Insert the provided 3000 mAh lithium battery into the battery compartment.
  4. Replace the back cover securely.

5.2. Powering On/Off

  • To Power On: Press and hold the Power button for a few seconds until the LCD screen illuminates.
  • To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button for a few seconds until the device shuts down.

5.3. Initial Connection

  1. Once powered on, the device will automatically search for a 4G network.
  2. The LCD screen will display the network name (SSID) and password (KEY).
  3. On your computer, smartphone, or tablet, search for available Wi-Fi networks.
  4. Select the SSID displayed on your MF68E router's screen.
  5. Enter the password (KEY) when prompted.
  6. You should now be connected to the internet.

6. Operation

6.1. Connecting Multiple Devices

The GOWENIC MF68E supports up to 10 devices simultaneously. Follow the initial connection steps (Section 5.3) for each device you wish to connect.

6.2. Charging the Device

When the battery level is low, connect the device to a power source using the provided USB charging cable. The LCD screen will indicate charging status.

6.3. Accessing the Web Management Interface

For advanced settings such as changing SSID, password, or viewing data usage, you can access the web management interface:

  2. Open a web browser and enter the default IP address (usually 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1). Refer to the device's label or screen for the exact IP.

7. Maintenance
